Don’t, just don’t! I have lived here for 3 years and will be leaving in October. Let me start by stating the units are in complete disrepair. Just walking around the complex it is evident that up keep is no longer a priority. I have turned in work orders and they go completely unanswered. Amenities they list are a joke. I had a fireplace in my unit for which I paid a “premium.” They sent out a notice telling us that they were doing maintenance to fix the fireplaces. Please DO NOT live here I was scheduled to move in July 2022, they postponed my move in date twice. Fortunately I took a look at the complex. It's in terrible condition. Does not look like any of the pictures posted, they are heavily edited. Management is terrible. I beg you to live anywhere else besides here. If I could give 0 stars or less I would.
High crime area and multiple break ins This is the worst property ever. This is coming from someone who is the least of picky. I have had my car broken in, my apartment door was kicked in while I was gone, and I even seen someone gunned down and murdered in broad daylight. Please stay safe and be aware if you plan on moving here.
Deceitful and Unprofessional The photos online don’t match the actual units, the employee turnover in the leasing office is high, they charge unauthorized fees to residents, they don’t respond to emails or follow up with phone calls.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! There have been problems since day one when we moved in. To start the apartment was not ready for our move in time. The people in the office gave us our keys and said to just come back later. When we came back later the apartment still was not ready, but we noticed the door was open and there were people working inside. When we spoke with the people inside, they had no idea that we were moving in that day. No one from management communicated with them and by that time the office was already closed. Apartment complex is in horrible condition The leasing office does not answer phone calls, my move in date was on a Sunday, in which they told me to pick up the key. I sat in 100 degree weather for 4 hours waiting for someone until I just went home because that's just aggravating. I spent a month driving back and forth just to SPEAK to someone since they don't reply to email either. Unorganized and unfinished After living here for a couple days, we noticed that the sinks were leaking, the toilet didn’t flush as the string inside was held together by paper clips, the washer and dryer were not the ones they showed us in their tour, the shower feels like you’re being sprayed by a fire hose, the rooms and closets are humid and damp, the water heater is held together with duct tape, and the tub is peeling. Don't Move Here There is littered trash outside the unit. Not much free parking spaces. The walls are very thin. The new management do not do maintenance when requested. I had to wait for almost 3 months to get my AC fixed.
Great amenities and living space, not-so-great management The unit, building, amenities, and complex are wonderful, very well-kept, clean, and quiet. Everything was as expected during move-in. The maintenance staff were very polite and prompt. However, the management stuff was incredibly uncommunicative, rude, and unhelpful, and they made the move-out process extremely difficult, including tacking on hundreds of dollars of charges at the last-minute after I had already vacated the unit and left the state.
