Don't move here Infestation on roaches and ants. They never answer the phone and when you put in a request they say its done and no one did anything to fix it. So many shooting in the complex or homeless walking around or living on the stairs. You pay a high price for run down appliances and cracks in walls.

Avoid this apartment complex I regrettably signed a 15 month lease here. The pest issues made living here a nightmare. There were roaches everywhere. As soon as we moved in, we noticed them. Management didn’t seem to care. Pest control services came out multiple times and advised what they were doing wouldn’t fix the issue. That they would just have to come out weekly. run away from here, worst decision ever! These apartments are the worst ever. They literally don't change anything, everything is really old. My stove buttons always come off all of them, my sink faucet is broken and they haven't replaced it, they just come and put it back like WE CAN LITERALLY DO IT BY OURSELVES this is the third time this happened. we need a new one!!, but OF COURSE to save money they don't do it. Fridge is broken, missing parts. Floors were with water damaged they're like wood but fake. Carpets were nasty... read more

Just Don’t Where to begin. We moved in 2 years ago and all thing went downhill from there. I’m not one to complain but if I can help keep someone from making the mistake of living here, then I’ve accomplished my goal. Here’s a snapshot of what to expect when living here. Trash EVERYWHERE. The ONE compactor on campus that services over 30 buildings is always overflowing or out of order. Horrible Horrible management and maintenance. Entire place is infested with roaches. They use false advertising. Our unit wasn’t ready upon move in date. They broke our lease and put us in a dirty unit with a moldy washer and defective dryer. Our AC hasn’t worked properly in two months. They’ve yet to fix. Hundreds of dollars paid to towing company because they failed to mention any of their policies. Don’t live here if you can afford it. Amenities Suck I’ve lived here over 3 years and the amenities suck. The gazebo is pretty much the only thing I even care about, now all of a sudden they tell me, no one can go in the gazebo when the pool is closed. That was never the case before. Even when the pool is open, I’ve had to go to the office EVERYTIME to get them to unlock the gates, that are supposed to be unlocked at all times during office hours. The gym has been closed on multiple occasions I’ve went to it. This place sucks! I recommend not renting here!

Not Worth It It wasn't so bad here when we first moved in - despite the fact that there wasn't even batteries in our smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector... we didn't find out for weeks later; our garbage disposal was leaking from the day we moved in; mold in the bathroom (but I had to pay for someone to clean it); and the blinds were broken; carpet stained. DON'T! DON'T DO IT!!! My husband and I have been with the complex since it opened (previously Parkside), it was great under their ownership!! However, since Greystar bought it there has been nothing but trouble. Our first apartment (Apt 10-104) FLOODED in in early 2021. When they took down the wall and pulled up the floor they found massive amounts of black mold (have pictures to verify) which they knew about because it was already on the baseboards for over a month.
