Disgusting When we first moved in, the carpet was damp as if it had just been cleaned. We assumed "great, shampooed floors", but after they had dried, there was such an icky and oily substance they remained on our feet/socks, so we always had to wear shoes in our home. Fast forward to the revelation of the RATS AND ROACHES infestation. So disappointed If you're moving out you should plan to move before your actual move-out date. They expect you to be done moving by the end of the business day or they will charge you for another day's rent. Instead of giving you the whole day to move which I've never heard of. Moving takes time and sometimes can take the whole 24 hours even with minimal possessions. Verified Renter Run Very Very fast and very very far from this place. management changes yearly and its for the worse everytime, the repair guy is such a bum, ive submitted over 10 maitence requests over a month and they just ignore them.
This apartment has a horrible management Don't rent here. This apartment does not care about sanitary at all. On the two entrances of this building, you'll spot 2 huge dumpsters full of garbage and smell, without any cover. Sometimes, you can spot that some bummers went through the dumpsters for glass bottles or liquid cans. In addition, the dumpsters were located beside the red line near the hydrant, which imposes great danger of fire since they have those dumpsters blocking the way. Rude and unprofessional I should have read the reviews before I wasted my time. The leasing agent was so rude and unprofessional it was shocking. The place from the outside did not look like the pics. Didn’t care to see the inside as the woman was so rude, it gave me a taste of what I would have been dealing with. Reading some of these 1 star reviews I can believe. If I acted like that at my job I would be fired. I feel bad for the tenants that live there.

Safety & security of apartments not a priority I’ve lived here for almost 10 years and while overall, my experience has been pleasant, it truly is dependent on management and their level of community involvement and compassion. Verified Renter The apartment is nice and spacious. The make ready was very sloppy. There's white paint all over the wood floor. The patio was absolutely fifthly when we took possession. Management took care of it on the spot. There's never anyone in the office. I see people waiting outside the office on a regular basis. I assume they are waiting for management. Not what you think This community will tell you it is a non smoking community but yet everyone smokes and they do nothing about it. I had so many bugs in my apartment like crickets and June bugs. There is never any parking and they let broke down cars sit for months on end without being towed.

Don't Be Fooled by the "Low" Rent They charge low rent but then add a $30 "lease lock fee" every month just to make the rent higher. They also charge you $20 for a trash butler to pick up your trash but if you're on the 3rd floor he will never come. The third floor also has very low water pressure to the point where nothing comes out at times, even in the shower. When you call management to fix it they are never able to.
