I worked with another tax relief company who after 2yrs, and paying their fee told me they could not help me by that time my IRS **** was $25,000.00 We are not done with my case and I understand it is a long process. I worked with several of the agents at Taxrise even when I felt Taxrise was not working!! Tax rise has been helping me for the past 2 years. During this time everyone has always been professional and very supportive. At times it has been a little challenging to speak to people but we are in different time zones and undergoing all the challenges of pandemic.
