This is the worst experience that I've ever had in my life doing business with any company and I'm 62 years old! They have outright breached the contract two times by promising services that they have not provided and now when I call I can't even get a live human being. I'm stuck talking to a virtual assistant. It's terrible! From the start one of their representatives lied to me about what services they provide to get me to sign the contract. I contacted Taxrise because they claimed they could reduce the amount I owe to the **** I can barely afford to pay my bills, let alone the amount the *** steals. Conclusion: I now owe exactly the same that I owed before I called Taxrise and they charged me thousands more to use their "expert service". They not only did nothing for me, they charged me a ridiculous fee for it. Shame on them for taking advantage of people. I hope someone reads actual reviews before using their service.

I contacted Tax Rise as they were accredited by BBB. Paid retainer Fee of $ 500 to negotiate with *** and now they are telling me that I have to pay a Financial Analyst Fee over 2000K to file the paper work. I thought the negotiation will lower my Tax amount, but they only negotiate with the Time period ( Instead of IRS charging me for 10 yrs. they will negotiate for **** ) ************* Analyst Fee was never discussed in the beginning???? I spoke with an ***** on April 7 told him my situation he stated I was eligible for the program. They made me pay the $500 upon paying that the representative told me that that $500 would be credited towards to my *** payment plan, I waited until today April 20, I spoke with the settlement *****, he told me that I wasnt eligible for any relief program. They do not tell you how much their services cost until well into the process. $500 just to pull initial data. Then if you agree to their next step its $3000.00 and they pass you on to one of their private lenders. They get one star for completing the negotiations for my *** issue but did not complete anything for my state issue until I was going to be garnished. This is the worst company to deal with. You can have the service cancelled and they will open it back up for a misunderstanding. The manager ***** was very rude and unprofessional. They dont respond to emails as well. How can you cancel something and then open it back up because you thought the wrong thing. Plus when you cancel something dont things start over.

I have been dealing with TaxRise since 05/15/2025 with no resolution. I paid one deposit and advised them of my limited income retired senior and was told needed to get loan 4000 and now I am paying on this additional large amount monthly to ****************** whom pif amount to TaxRise but there hasn't not been any resolution on my tax problems. I feel I have been scammed.
