They took ******* dollars from me do not return my phone calls and have done nothing for me. They are crooks just taking money and doing nothing. I provided all the information they asked for and nothing is done.

SCAM!! they talked a good game and had me sold on the phone. When I gave them my bank information to a set up a payment plan they sent me paperwork to sign which I did, and as we attempted to try the financial transaction again a few times the call disconnected. They failed to tell me in my first telephone interview that there would be additional charges after the $375. The total for them to make all of the changes for my 2022 taxes was well over $3,000. I'd like my $375 back. Oh well, live and learn!
Tax Rise is a scam. They took over $10,000 from me to supposedly help reduce my tax debt. After several months of waiting, they did not reduce my debt, took my money, and managed to allow me to fall under a Federal Tax lien. It is much simpler to speak with the *** personally, they have given me better advice and help than this company ever did. They are trash and prey on people in their time of need!

This company has ripped me off!!! They promised me to be zeroed out with the *** and I filed my taxes and they ended up taking $5555 from me after I paid these people over $1400. I asked for my money back because they obviously didn't do what was promised. They told me I couldn't get e refund because they filed some paperwork on my behalf with the ***. I gave a one star rating only because if I did not rate this company, my review would not be posted. We initiated services with this company in November 2024. They negotiated taxes owed off of more one than one piece of incorrect information. These people were extremely hard to get ahold of and many people had their hands in our business when we were told we would have one case manager. They are Absolutely the worst company that you can use to help resolve your tax issues. The sales team will pressure you to make a quick decision and they will rip you off. Optima Tax or Community Tax are much more reliable and trustworthy options.
Tax Rise is a scam. I spoke with them at length and they promised that they would get my back taxes revolved for a fraction of the cost, that I would suffer no consequences with the *** while they sorted it out. I called the *** directly the next day because it sounded a little too easy and more like a sales pitch.
