I paid ******* and ended up having to make payments on the full amount as well as the fees and interest charges. Tax rize didn't save me a ***** but charged me *******. Thanks for nothing.

They took 500 dollar deposit to start. Yesterday they told me they need another ****** to continue & talked me into it. I was informed that I have 72hrs to cancel. I called today and spoke to my representative to cancel. She said it would take 3-5 days for billing ***** to call me. That's more than 72hrs. I want my refund back ASAP.

I had a phone consultation during which i was pressured to give them payment info, i told them i had contacted several other services and was unsure if id be going with them. I ended up giving them my card info with the assurance that if i did decide to use another service id be given a full refund as long as cancelled within 72 hours. I was promised options not received and then I spoke with management which took about 45 minutes to an hour. This was a repeat of the work from the original agent. With the same results and broken promises charged $3900. I feel ripped off for hourly rate.

Where do I start? I opened my case with Tax rise in 2023 with the understanding that they would work out a plan with *** in my very complicated case. Tax Rise did NOTHING in my case. NOTHING changed for the entire two years they claimed to have been working on it. My case manager wasn't attentive in checking in with me or did she answer any of my questions when I made many attempts to get some answers. Despite promises to resolve my rather small ($5000+) tax debt, all TaxRise did was obtain a "Case Closed" status in January of this year which was then voided on March 17 by IRS, which issued a Notice to "Seize assets..." in a March 17 letter. I essentially paid TaxRise's $1556 fee for nothing! My experience with their agents was unprofessional, with several missed phone appointments and cancellations, probably due to my small outstanding tax balance. Avoid working with TaxRise is my best advice. *.*******, ********

SCAM!! One of the worst experiences I have ever had. As you can clearly see by other reviews here, they're largely a scam. They took my money, promised a settlement was easily attainable. Ignored me for months, demanded documentation that didn't exist or pertain to my situation, then congratulated me after placing me in a neverending tax trap. This place is a joke they take your money they sit there and tell you this money is uncollectible and the *** will forget about your debt in 2034 well I'm still having to pay the *** they took my refund and then I'm having to pay a monthly fee to this financial company what a joke this is complete robbery!! They don't even deserve one star as far as I'm concerned

I attempted to use the services and had a change of mind. They still charged my account. When I disputed the charge, I was told they would "contact the billing department". My account was still charged. Now there is a hold on my account while I try to go through my bank to dispute the charge
