I started my inquiry into my back taxes in 2024. I took notes and at no time did they ever mention a CNC (Currently Not Collectible) status. When I received my resolution that was the first time I ever heard of it. They said they were able to get it reduced or totally be forgiven of the debt. They also said that my payments plan would not exceed $250 due to my financial situation. This company has been disingenuous from the start, they did not meet the expectations set in the onboarding call and have not protected us from levies despite claiming they would, and that being outlined in terms of service contract. They claim to give you a case manager to follow through and help you through the process yet ours got done with the company and we were not informed or assigned a new one for nearly 2 months. His company is running a scam. They said the initial charge was $350. I gave her one card number somehow. They found my savings account number at a credit union and pulled it from that one. I'm not sure how they pulled this off but it's a scam

Im so sorry that I trusted these scammers. I started out owning IRS $46,000. And after paying Tax Rise $ 4.900.00. I still owe $46.000 dollars.I had charges for not claiming unemployment payments.
