******! I really hate I am in agreement with this company as I thought they would be able to assist me with finding a tax resolution. I thought everything was going well until yesterday, September 26, 2024 at 5:03pm when I received a call with a sense of URGENCY for me to complete my *** 433D tax resolution in the amount of $50,000 an installment payments of $681 in addition to the tax rise payments of $383.00 month. I would give this company a -10 because they do not do what they say. They lie about what they say they will do and continue to take your money every month. You NEVER speak to your assigned case manager EVER. Totally BAD BUSINESS. Ask to only receive emails they call you again. And you speak to a Different person EVERY time. Would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE

They are taking to long to settle my tax issue. It has been three years since I filed with them to assist me in my tax liabilities. To date 9/23/24 no resolution. There is always something that needs to be done. Yet I was told that the resolution went to *** several times only to be told that it is still in review. What ever that means. NOT happy.

Tax rise is not an honest company. You wood be better off seeking assistance directly from a tax professional where youll pay a simple fee for the service from someone you will work directly with instead of having to work through layers of an organization.Taxrise is more concerned with the interest of the *** even though you pay them. Total scam. I was assured by 3 different people that my $7000 tax debt would be significantly reduced. After paying a $1700 fee I was ghosted for months then finally got a response saying my claim would probably be denied by the *** due to an *** I had which they knew about before taking my $1700. I have had nothing but problems with this company. I hired them to resolve a tax issue and have got nothing but a run around after paying them.
