Very unprofessional, debited my account without my knowledge, even after I told them I was unemployed. Now I'm even deeper in a hole, don't believe all the great things companies say about themselves .

HORRIBLE ! We were promised the world by two different associates and after giving them ******** dollars which is **** hundred more then any other accountant ; Tax Rise then Notified me that we owe ****** dollars for 2 years !! I have tried over and over again to speak with *********************** but have NEVER received a call back !! I am on SS Disability and was Specifically told that through a special program I would pay next to nothing ! ALL LIES !! Don't use this Company !!!

I went with Tax Rise service in order to reduce my 2017 tax i owed. I paid the $375 for PRE check my 2017 taxes and then they came back to me saying that in order to keep going with their service to reduce my taxes i need to pay $2000. I negotiated price down to $1500. Before i started uploading the documents they asked for, my wife asked me to get 401 loan and pay off the 2017 taxes this way no need for us to wait for **** month for Tax Rise to resolve my 2017 taxes. They were horrible from day one! I told them I had a revenue officer from day one and that they could protect me! After I spent $1000 with them they told me they couldnt protect me from the revenue officer! They lied and lied!

Absolutely one of THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!!!! We have called, left emails, and they WILL NOT RETURN EITHER! Said we would have a personal ' case worker'. She quit and we were not assigned another!!!We paid them $10000!!!! Didn't help ** AT ALL!!Tax Rise said they would do a Settlement and they just called the *** and said we would pay MONTHLY &#******;&#******;&#******;&#******;&#******;DID NOT TELL ** UNTIL we received a letter from the ***!!!!! They are horrible. They take your money and the only time you hear from them is when they missed a payment from you. Called the *** tax rise called one time to see if we were still being audited..nothing was done..we want our money back! Now we can't even try to buy a house for 6 years. The said part is we filed taxes every year and tax rise promised they would help! Stay FAR AWAY!!

Whatever you do, stay away from this company!!! It's a scam!! They will force you to take a high interest loan to pay them and then they won't do ANYTHING to resolve your case. They lie through their teeth. They are vicious liars. They cost me an additional $10k on top of my already high tax burden and then none of these cowards will contact me to explain themselves. They are scum. The worst of the worst. No dignity, no integrity. A morally bankrupt pack of monsters. Do not go near them. You will regret it.

HORRIBLE COMPANY>>TR did absolutely nothing to help with my tax situation. They took my $5000 down payment and ran to the bank and never tried to help with my situation. Their emergency became my emergency and they never tried to negotiation a settle of any kind and now I owe the *** more money that I cannot afford. It was a mistake to use this company. They took my money, and 2 years later, no results. They claimed to have reviewed and filed missing returns for state and federal, yet I'm still being contacted by state and federal tax offices because returns not filed. I would never recommend this company to anyone
