I feel violated, I was passed around like a hot potato. Given every excuse under the book! They employee kids that have no idea what they are doing! So sad! Ive been fighting and fighting with this company to respond to me with no avail. I call and no one answers, no one ever responds to voicemails or emails, the case managers are useless, not until THEY need something. But they farm out the payment company who hounds you on payments and wants their money (all the while not getting a single response from tax rise and not knowing whats actually going on) they drag their feet and nickel and dime you month after month saying you forgot this and you forgot to sign that until its bee... read more

I give this company no stars. If I could subtract stars, I would. They don't answer the phone when you call. They don't return calls. But they will call when you don't pay, which we've done purposely on several occasions. They string you along, telling you whatever they need to in order to continue to get you to pay. I wish there was a 0 stars option. This company is a scam with a really good sales team. I paid them over $2000 a year ago to resolve my tax debt, and they assured me it would ***********-8 months to get everything resolved. Still, nothing has happened. I keep receiving requests to upload the same documents every few months, and my case manager, ********************* rarely responds to my emails or calls. Tax Rise promised me to relieve my tax debt with the **** They advise me that they will get it reduce the debt and setup a payment plan that will be affordable to my debt. I signed up with this company approximately two years ago. I have been making monthly payments to this company totally up to over $3,000.00 . If I could leave a negative star I'd leave -10. This is the absolute worse tax company ever!!! The sorry behind tax clerks or ppl like are incompetent and liars.
