I asked if the were any added fees was told, only the 500 dollars. Later was told me I needed to come up with **** more to proceed. I am on very tight budget and I'm out 500 dollars. It is a rip off and a scam beware.

I paid them $4600 to help lower my back tax payment. They lowered the payment only $45. I received a letter from the *** that Tax Rise doesnt represent me anymore. I want to know why ? The good news is, that we're close to a resolution, which your case manager informed you of today.
I have instructed them to cease contact in writing. They have called me ********************************************************** again. I receive NO LESS than 3 calls EVERY day and block the number every time they call. Then they call from another number. Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT give them your information. They use false advertising to entice you to give them info then they will NOT stop calling you, no matter what you do.

They got $14000 & no results. It's been 3 years. They give us the eun around and keep asking for the same info ****** months. My 2022 tax return did not change. The are horrible. Scammers taking advantage of people in bad situations and they give no help or relieve. Don't do. Run. Write the irs yourself and make request.i would eate them a zero if it was an option.

Taxrise wouldn't refund me my $350.After 6 days of paying, I changed my mind and contacted a tax lawyer and wanted to cancel and get a refund.They said it's in the contract I signed to be charged for the first process Seems like a ripoff company and they take advantage of people who need help with their taxes.

I have felt bullied into proceeding with my case since day one, however I wanted to get the *** out of hair. Went on a site that screens for eligibility. Taxrise reached out. They called me at least ***** times a day. I called back after I filed my delinquent tax years. I spoke with ************************* yesterday right around the close of business. She was super encouraging and very professional. I kept asking about the total I would expect to owe in fees to Taxrise. She said several times it depended on each person's situation.
