TaxRise charged $750 to start the process of resolving my tax issues with the *** After 10 months with little contact and zero recommendations I asked for a full refund They first offered $150 then a week later$250 to settle my complaint I refused both offer because they did not do the work They hire telemarketers to prospect for their so called tax pros The telemarketers are driven by commissions not on providing a resolution to your tax issues Save your money hire a real tax attorney!Thanks for nothing TaxRise!

Rather poor in customer service and shady operations. They never respond to an email. They will send you a text message but it will not provide an update about the current affairs. Sometimes the text message will come from an office assistant who knows nothing about the case. She may just be responding to a phone call that came in. I expected Tax Rise to help me negotiate with IRS. I underpaid my taxes and now with all the interest, I owe $20000. Im a retired teacher, single. My taxes are easy to do. I get no communication from this company for months. I do not know who my case manager is because I now have two who dont communicate. I could have done my own income tax on an app. I wanted lawyers, tax experts to intercede with the irs.

When we first contacted Taxrise, they were very nice and easy to get a hold of. As time progressed, we were still paying them and sending them any letter we received from the *** as they requested. When I first contacted Tax Rise they told me that they could get my back tazes down to almost nothing. I had to pay them $600.00 to start. The rest of their service was financed. Since then which was over a year, the amount that I owe is almost double the amount. They never got it reduced and negotiated a payment with the *** that I don't know if I can pay it. I think Tax Rise is a big rip off.

Do not link your bank account to this business!! They are very nice upon speaking with them and get all your information to assist you. Your $500 will be charged **** card. Then they start calling and emailing links to link your bank account to as they explain the irs has this information anyway so tax rise needs it to assist with your tax matters. I cancelled service with them and the calls will not stop.

I paid **** dollars and it's been two t and no resolution.They keep changing my case managers and never keep my appointments.They are constantly asking for documents that have been submitted over and over I want my money back! They have done nothing to resolve my case.

Do not use this company. They did nothing for my tax situation, spent thousands of dollars. Then they made me have a hire payment than the one I already had arranged with the **** I was told in the beginning of it didnt work I would get some form of refund. Did that happen? Nope. And ***** the manager is rude.
