********************* misled me to believe that $500 was going to go towards a "Financial Plan" AND get a resolution.Which was not the case. In the contract it says they're going to charge you to 1. Pull your transcripts, 2. Gather your financial information, and then 3. TELL you your options.NOT "get a resolution". They did not stop fees & did not stop interest. All they did was stop the *** from harassing ** endlessly. On top that, the $4k we had to pay them could've gone to the *** instead!? I don't know other services out there, but I do know these guys (who also go by ***************). DON'T DO IT! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Well, been having this company work on this for me for almost 15 months now. WOW!! Not good. They asked me for the SAME info that I had already given them like 3, maybe even 4 separate additional times throughout the last 12 months, and they were so slow in moving that by the time they got to "filing" it, or whatever it is that they do, the info I gave them last WOULD THEN BE OUTDATED SO THEY WOULD ASK ME FOR ANOTHER 3 MONTHS of "STATEMENTS". Wish I never knew this companies name. Felt pressure from this company to go into this. Not fully understanding what I was getting myself into. Now I'm paying money to a third party and drowning even more in financial ruin cause of this. I wasn't comfortable going into this and now I wish I never found this company. I enlisted tax Rise to help me resolve some back taxes, I thought I owed around *****. After I paid them a deposit and agreed to pay **** on a monthly installment . I discovered I only owed *****. Was extremely excited after talking with the Taxrise representative and all the information that was passed on to me and how they were going to handle my case.That was my first and last time that I was excited about anything to do with this company. Unwilling to refund any portion of what I paid them because I had a way to take care of my tax liability on my own. Rude customer support when refund was discussed. I get it, they have a job too, but in a current financial struggle with paying them as it is, the disrespect I was shown is unacceptable by any stretch of the imagination. Uncooperative and disrespect all the way around.
