Tax rise took me for $250 and I did not even qualify for a fresh start tax program do not sign up with this company they will tell anything to get you to sign up to take your money they will tell you don't qualify for what you want and push you to take a payment agreement with the *** you can call The *** for free and set up a payment agreement for nothing at all I got scammed don't you *********************

THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! I went to help with IRS, but they completely lied to me and took over ********; I have called and emailed with very few responses. It has been over five months, and I have asked for a refund; they offered me **** when I refused and called them out on their unprofessionalism, misconduct, and integrity, they offered me ****. and I refused. This is a scam. I will let as many people as I can know about this. You take my $500 and set up a payment plan of $100 per month and we agreed but now it's decided I have to pay $180 plus dollars a month to stay in the program. How interesting that we got this far and now it's not going to work because I cant afford this payment every month. So this means that I cannot get any part of my $500 because you used it for "investigations" of my taxes. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! I contacted TaxRise in December 2021 hoping to resolve my *** tax debt. TaxRise told me they could get my entire tax debt removed and at the very least largely reduced. I paid TaxRise $3,647.40 to resolve my tax issue which they claim was completed because they set up a payment plan and got the *** to remove the failure to file/failure to pay penalty of $1,000. Charged me 4k insisting they could knock off a large chunk of what I "owe".Knocked off nothing and I'm out 4k. Could've used the 4k to pay down what I owed and been better off. Scams on scams.

I hired taxrise to resolve my tax issues, they guaranteed me one of three resolutions after asking me the initials questions, (cut my debt to $500, if that failed get my debt to half or place me in a differed program in where I dont have to pay anything and the debt would expire). This is a scam, I ended up paying 4k extra on top of what I owe IRS, they didn't resolve anything for me. Tax rise think they helped by lowering my tax payment to $200 a month instead of my original payment of $450 a month, nothing was resolved. I'm still pay the original amount I owe to IRS plus the $4,000 to the *********************** LLC, now I have to pay them $258 monthly for like 18 months plus my IRS payment. Tax rise is a scam business. I signed up with them in 2018. I paid them $**** to help reduce my tax debt. My case was completed and I was told that the resolution packet was completed and sent to the **** Now 4 yrs later the *** is still taking my federal taxes. $**** taken from *** and tax rise has my original ****.
