this company they nothing but bunch scammers they scam me with $7000.00 all what heard from them only empty promises for past 3 yrs and at end i owe irs more then i should they made irs add 20.000.00 in additional fees good job tax rise. them the head of head of scheme *************************** . buying time now avoiding my calls and emailes . please BBB help me to retrive my money from them i do have all document to support the case

LIARS, CHEATERS, SCAMMERS!!After payments, never heard from them. They did Absolutely NO work. THIEVES!!THEY ATTEMPTED TO WITHDRAW MONEY UNDER FALSE PRETENSE, pretending to be the IRS.SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!!!!

Unprofessional...I believe the other reviews are false. My emails were either not answered or answered weeks later.I am now owing the *** more before going to taxrise. I also now received notice of lien on my property. it is a challenge to get a hold of them. DO NOT GO TO THEM....YOU WILL OWE MORE

I really feel like I was taken advantage of. Intake agent advised their fee (retainer) was going to be $350..at no time did they say they were a "referral" service and after their initial assessment there would be another fee for a "tax preparation team" so they can finalize the negotiation with the **** The initial agent advised after they confirm what program I would qualify for, the only ting left would be to pay the *** what is negotiated. TERRIBLE... this has gone on for over 2 years now and I cannot reach case manager. They are just in it for their money!!!!

Updates are really vague. And I have to initiate all inquiries. When they do answer, they are always pleasant but never have a definite answer, and I still don't know when their last contact with the *** was or if they need anything else.

This company runs a typical bait and switch they tell you their service is going to be $500 then come back and want to charge you up to $7,000. They never give you any clear understanding that it could cost this much more while you're doing your initial consultation I beg you to please not use this company. I would hate for anybody else to just lose their $500 like I did

I started with taxrise because I was audited (at the hight of the pandemic) and it was determined that I owed $7k, and being a deployed soldier, there were a few years I needed to file as well. They had excellent sales personnel, sold ********** guarantees and ability to negotiate with the *** and that I "qualified" for tax relief. I paid their fees, the thousands of dollars for their services in hopes that their "tax professionals" would be able to do as they said and negotiate down my inferred tax debt. This is the worst customer service I've ever dealt with they took **** dollars from me and haven't did anything for me but give a run around, I've had 5 different case Managers, and they all been fired I've been told I just keep getting the run around, very upset at this company,
