I was never told I would be financing my payments I made a $500 payment and they claim it was $479 now my bank statement shows I paid $500 then I agreed to $112 a month and they show $98 one month I want to know what is going on then they tell me to contact the finance company which I had no idea about them never was contacted by this company. This has been frustrating trying to get answers

I reported TaxRise to BBB as a SCAM - which, make no mistake- IT IS! After sending me an email calling me a hero for reporting this, the BBB determined that I should register this as a complaint and/or write a review, but not as a SCAM - which it is! TaxRise will downplay the overwhelming number of BBB complaints and bad reviews on here by claiming that they are such a large company and deal with SO many clients that complaints are unavoidable and are eventually resolved. I have hired the services of Tax Rise to assist me with my tax resolution on 6/21/21. I paid them upfront for $750. In order for them to start and represent me, I took a loan of $15000 from 2 different loan companies with Tax Rise financing. Their financing group was very aggressive and relentless into trying to have me signed up to this loan promising that Tax Rise will help me solve my problems. I had been contacted by tax-rise which was supposed to help me pay my tax debt for two yrs Ive gotten the runaround every time I call its a different person then Im told they didnt receive documents that they requested then the person I need to talk to is on another call but never returned my call they had me run my credit pay this service ******** and I still dont have my case solved or resolved I feel like I got swindled.

Taxrise is horrible they are money hungry vultures .They ask me to.for a$500 retainer this was in February they give you the run around like they are doing something not doing nothing I started paying my tax **** before I was call by then irs said they had not contacted them march I told then I did not need there service an would like a refund. I have never been so disappointed in my life. We put trust into this business to have our taxes filed and have our worries lifted off. The first man I talked with gave us hope that all worries have been lifted. Well we had to take a loan out of almost ***** to pay them for services. They received their money and we are paying monthly toward the loan. Ever since we have been getting run around after run around. Hired TaxRise for a settlement with *** to alleviate some of my dept. The so called settlement they negotiated was pitiful. After TaxRise so called help, I am more in debt. They did absolutely nothing that I couldnt do.
