Not with tax rise as a whole, only Destiny. Disappointed with the resolutions team. Instead of me owing the *** 23k I'm gonna end up paying 30k. Tell me how tax rose helped me?

The company took too long to try and gather up information and kept taking my money while the *** was charging me per day!

If I could give negative stars I would!! Truly unprofessional !! I called multiple times !! I would leave messages with 3 different agents! No response!! I emailed numerous times again no response! In the end somehow I owed the *** more money than what my *** statements said!! Stay away if you want your taxes to rise!! Just like their company name says!! Also I shouldnt have to try and click a link to talk to someone! They should contact me!

I have been paying them ****** monthly forc2 yrs now and they redid my taxes, but with no change in the amount I owe the **** All that money I could have paid to the *** and reduced what I owe on my own. Now I am out double the money.

Very unprofessional, debited my account without my knowledge, even after I told them I was unemployed. Now I'm even deeper in a hole, don't believe all the great things companies say about themselves .

HORRIBLE ! We were promised the world by two different associates and after giving them ******** dollars which is **** hundred more then any other accountant ; Tax Rise then Notified me that we owe ****** dollars for 2 years !! I have tried over and over again to speak with *********************** but have NEVER received a call back !! I am on SS Disability and was Specifically told that through a special program I would pay next to nothing ! ALL LIES !! Don't use this Company !!!

I went with Tax Rise service in order to reduce my 2017 tax i owed. I paid the $375 for PRE check my 2017 taxes and then they came back to me saying that in order to keep going with their service to reduce my taxes i need to pay $2000. I negotiated price down to $1500. Before i started uploading the documents they asked for, my wife asked me to get 401 loan and pay off the 2017 taxes this way no need for us to wait for **** month for Tax Rise to resolve my 2017 taxes. They were horrible from day one! I told them I had a revenue officer from day one and that they could protect me! After I spent $1000 with them they told me they couldnt protect me from the revenue officer! They lied and lied!
