Absolutely one of THE WORST EXPERIENCES EVER!!!! We have called, left emails, and they WILL NOT RETURN EITHER! Said we would have a personal ' case worker'. She quit and we were not assigned another!!!We paid them $10000!!!! Didn't help ** AT ALL!!Tax Rise said they would do a Settlement and they just called the *** and said we would pay MONTHLY &#******;&#******;&#******;&#******;&#******;DID NOT TELL ** UNTIL we received a letter from the ***!!!!! They are horrible. They take your money and the only time you hear from them is when they missed a payment from you. Called the *** tax rise called one time to see if we were still being audited..nothing was done..we want our money back! Now we can't even try to buy a house for 6 years. The said part is we filed taxes every year and tax rise promised they would help! Stay FAR AWAY!!

Whatever you do, stay away from this company!!! It's a scam!! They will force you to take a high interest loan to pay them and then they won't do ANYTHING to resolve your case. They lie through their teeth. They are vicious liars. They cost me an additional $10k on top of my already high tax burden and then none of these cowards will contact me to explain themselves. They are scum. The worst of the worst. No dignity, no integrity. A morally bankrupt pack of monsters. Do not go near them. You will regret it.

HORRIBLE COMPANY>>TR did absolutely nothing to help with my tax situation. They took my $5000 down payment and ran to the bank and never tried to help with my situation. Their emergency became my emergency and they never tried to negotiation a settle of any kind and now I owe the *** more money that I cannot afford. Their mistake was to include (in writing on the contract submitted to the ***) a year that was not originally included in the contract when I first signed up. It was a mistake to use this company. They took my money, and 2 years later, no results. They claimed to have reviewed and filed missing returns for state and federal, yet I'm still being contacted by state and federal tax offices because returns not filed. I would never recommend this company to anyone

***** ***** I paid $500 up front for the review of my tax situation. However during the review, the amount quoted as monthly payment was $304, which is more than I can handle right now. I was sent documents to sign an agreement to go ahead with the case. I did not sign the documents and I did not give them authorization to debit my account. However, they went ahead and debited my account 2 payments in one shot. That automatically sent my account into overdraft. I would not recommend them to anybody else. Not upfront about rralistic outcomes and not upfront about the fees associated with their services. After they charged an upfront retainer fee, they offered a proposal with no benefit whatsoever and wanted to charge another $2000. Ridiculous! I ended up in a worse place financially.

I used an unscrupulous person to do my 2019, and 2020 taxes. I reached out to tax rise for 2019 audit, while working with me, I was audited for 2020. Tax Rise didn't negotiate amount to be decreased but rather a payment plan. They insisted they had to complete 2021 taxes. I again owed moneyon Federal and received refund on State. Never heard anything from them, called months later to ask what was going on and if 2021 debt is that included in plan, told it should be. They have not reduced my tax problem. I had to do the work directly with IRS. Phone calls have not been returned twice. They were notified of a phone conference but did not tell me or attend. I have been making monthly payments of 250 dollars for ************************* the same mess. They do not help you with your tax problem just added more stress and complication. I still have to pay ****** dollars per month to IRS for 70 months. Tax Rise is a ripe off.
