This company is a gonna scam the wrong people, they have ruined our family and home. This company says whatever is necessary to ******* hardworking people out of money and do nothing to actually assist with the tax situation. Taxrise has turned this difficult site into a total nightmare. The worst part is they will constantly call and hound you to pay them every month but will not call you with an update or progress on your account or answer phone calls or voice mails.I can't believe they are still in the business. They charged me ****** dollars and have done nothing. I email and call and no one ever calls back.

I am a USMC combat veteran and foolishly reached out to Taxrise requesting help with a Fed Tax debt.I was continuously lied to, and tricked into setting up a payment plan that was not clear on their fees. I was hit with an $8500 bill to procede and my initial monies collected can not be returned.Please advise other Americans to be very careful with this scam outfit Thank you *****

Waited on hold for over 10 minutes. Asked to speak with my rep, after another hold the person I was speaking with advised my rep was unavailable. Scheduled a call back for two days later. My rep has not responded to multiple email requests for documents. I have to get these documents to my attorney and I'm running out of time and patience.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, UNLESS OF COURSE YOU DONT CARE ABOUT GIVING AWAY MONEY!!! TAX RISE IS THE BIGGEST SCAMMERS I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS. HOW CAN YOU FEEL GOOD ABOUT YOURSELF WHEN YOUR SCAMMING HARD WORKING PEOPLE OUT OF HARD EARNED MONEY. Ive been fighting and fighting with this company to respond to me with no avail. I call and no one answers, no one ever responds to voicemails or emails, the case managers are useless, not until THEY need something. But they farm out the payment company who hounds you on payments and wants their money (all the while not getting a single response from tax rise and not knowing whats actually going on) they drag their feet and nickel and dime you month after month saying you forgot this and you forgot to sign that until its bee... read more

I give this company no stars. If I could subtract stars, I would. They don't answer the phone when you call. They don't return calls. But they will call when you don't pay, which we've done purposely on several occasions. They string you along, telling you whatever they need to in order to continue to get you to pay. You can be hollering and they will remain calm and peaceful. Don't buy into it. They don't care about you hollering as long as you continue to make payments.
