I hired taxrise to resolve my tax issues, they deduct money from my account every month and they didnt do anything, I have had 9 case managers and none of them are on the same page. I was told I would not get judgments place against me which was a lie, now my case. The money I paid them I could have sent it to the **** I WOULDNt REFER ANYONE TO THIS COMPANY. Very impressive until after they get your money. I really feel someone should give me some or all of my money back. Bad choice

This was the biggest waste of time and money. They tell you about these great programs that you qualify for and then after they get your money ( which we paid over $4000.00) all they were able to get was a payment plan which my tax accountant could have done for a lot less. I could have used that money towards my tax bill. This was a rip off. Stay away from this company.

I am a very dissatisfied client for your lack of professionalism and timing in handling my 2019 taxes. I hired you to do my taxes only to find out that my Federal Taxes had been turned over Turbo Tax and my State taxes never were filed. I have been charged interest and penalties by the State that cannot be waived. Only finding this out when the State contacted me, not Tax Rise. I want a full refund for a service that I paid for but never received.

The company takes your money then dont actively work to resolve the issues! Unprofessional staff and very disorganized. My issue wasnt for much and its **** 4 years and they havent done much to resolve the issue ! I thought the *** was a thieve but Tax rise has outdone then!!Keeo your money and dont use them!

Taxrise is a complete waste of time and money. For two years they did nothing but made lame attempts to contact me, Once I was informed of the portal to log on and provide documents, I did so, Then they sat, I had to keep reminding them that I submitted my documents, which took many hours of my time to gather everything that they request. ID ****** Start 8/29/2022 Spoke with **************** Gave all information verbally. Sent email to upload documents required. Trouble with upload link. Emailed her 2-3 times with no response. Couldn't pay full amount charge so split into 3 payments. Friday, 2nd payment withdrawn. Cannot get response to emails. Looked up company on BBB and greatly concerned I am being scammed. I am requesting a refund so I can go to another business to work through my situation with the ***

My sister came down with some uncontrollable major medical issues been letting these guess know that they told her to still turn in her 2021 taxes which covered her 2017 owed taxes. It was a complete waste of money to them if they have you file and they just take it anyways im so upset for my sister because it's piling up so bad for her we don't know what we ar gonna do she may not even come back home and all you guys are worried about money and money you already recieved from her for what help???.

If you're considering using Tax Rise to help you with any resolution with the **** I would advise you not to. I just finished working with them, and here's the deal. They do give great customer service to hook you. They will go above and beyond to reassure you that you are an excellent candidate for the fresh start initiative and list why. They are friendly and upbeat and promise only to have your best interest in mind. Do NOT do business with TaxRise. They took advantage of us, promised things they never made an effort to deliver, and quit communicating with us when we questioned the progress they were not making. We hired them TWO YEARS ago and they still haven't provided services they promised. They did not have our best interest in mind but tried very hard to get us to pre-pay them for their "services," which we eventually did. What a mistake.
