I don't recommend this place. They took money from my acct. without permission. It cost me $350.00 first ,never mentioned another $250 per yr to file. If I had known ahead of time,I would not have done it.

Absolutely unhappy . Shady sales tactics . ************************* has salesman operate in a deceptive manor . Then refused to refund the money when I decided the methods were not honestly conducted. This is not a reputable company . Please read all fine print there are selling verbal agreements separately from the contractual agreement

I had contacted this company for tax help and originally accepted their assistance. I then researched the company and discovered that they had over 150 complaints and immediately sent them an email to cancel their service. I also contacted my credit card company telling them I disputed their $350.00 charge. A week later I received a call from one of their representatives asking me if I still wanted to cancel the service. I told them I did. Horrible with follow *** but expects great reviews. I?ve been paying for this service for more than a year with no resolution.
Reputable company. I paid $500 to go with their service, but ended up not using their service. I only had $5800 in tax debt and my past tax records were done well. They make their business off of getting people with tax debt to refile their taxes after TaxRise has looked over and improved on anything that *** need fixing. Tax Rise is the Bomb!!They are true to what they say, they were really transparent with all there information, I would also recommend them to friends and family because of my experience with them. Go Tax Rise!!!!!
This company calls me 2 times a day, I have reached out to them asking for them to remove me from their calling list. With no change they continue to call me. Today when they called I spoke to the customer service representative and told her to take me off the calling list or I would file a complaint with the BBB and informed her it was harassment as many times as they call. She proceeded to tell me that I dont need to get an attitude. ??Really?!

The initial case was put on the do not call list but the duplicate wasn't. Both are now on the do not call list so you should not receive any further calls.
