He was very knowledgeable. I felt confident leaving my car with him. He was also polite and got me laughing.
Tom was excellent he helped me with my appointment and he even checked to see if I had free oil changes and I did!! He went out of his way during the appointment and answered any questions I had. His demeanor was great, I appreciated his service.

I purchased a brand new car from Nissan. This is my first Nissan I’ve ever bought. I have always been loyal to Ford. My suv has already been in the shop within the first month and will need to be looked at again. Several warning lights continue to come on and then go off. I was told the issue was fixed.
