Not exactly happy. They didn't add windshield wiper fluid and I specifically told her I was out. Also, when they finished my car had not been washed so she had to take it to get washed.

I specifically told the very nice service agent, Valeria that my windshield wiper fluid was out and to make sure they replaced it. When she came and got me because she said my vehicle was ready they had not even washed it (and I was told beforehand it would be washed). So she had to drive it around and put it through the carwash. My paperwork with everything that was performed 5 star checklist was on my dashboard. Wonderful experience overall. Had no complications and Kyle was very transparent. I would Kyle recommend to people coming to Nissan to get their car fixed up.

I was pleased with the service but feel like I was taken advantage of with the process. I was charged for a part then told I needed another one instead of being told at the beginning of the process. After speaking with 3 other service departments, I was told that the issue should have been identified at the beginning and that I was taken advantage of by making me pay for one part then told I needed another part to complete the job.

The process was very smooth and I am in love with my new vehicle. I left while my car was being inspected and detailed. When I came back, it was in great condition. Senen kept in contact with me the whole time I was gone so that I would know exactly when to come back. Great customer service.
