Run from this dealership! They will scam you. The advertised price of their vehicles are deceiving because when you sit down to go over numbers you will notice a $3,500.00 "reconditioning fee" that they add to the price. They justify this fee by stating that it covers any unexpected issues with the vehicle after you drive off the lot but any dealership that would add this fee to the price will not stand behind the repair in my opinion. In particular it was with Josh the finance manager and QB (Quentin) the used car salesman. They lie and are disrespectful to say the least. Wish I could rate zero stars. Was lied to from the beginning. Tried to buy an Audi s3, sales person Justin.. seemed to be annoyed throughout our negotiation. We ended up making a deal over the phone. They ran my credit, took my card info for a deposit. Then the used car sales manager and the used car salesman Justin ignored my calls and texts. Buyer beware!! My son recently purchased a GMC truck here. He just completed his military service and was excited to be moving on. Within a couple days, it was obvious there was a problem. They gave him the run around (very long story, obvious they were stalling) and he ended up paying another place to repair it for about $3500. Mommas don't like their kids getting ripped off. Horrible service. Took my car because a couple check engine lights were on and they call me back a couple hours later telling me there was MAJOR COLLISION DAMAGE and my warranty couldn't cover it!!! If I could give them no star I WOULD!!! DONT GO! TURN BACK NOW!!
WORST EXPERIENCE! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Bought a truck and the next day things were going wrong and they told us to bring it in and they would "take care of it". Only to find "take care of it" meant we would pay for diagnostics of the problem and pay to fix the problem. Promised to align the truck in writing then didn't even do that. Sold me an absolute lemon , truck drove great until the very next day when issues already started arising . It's been in the shop more times than I can count now . Highly unethical of them to sell that to someone knowing it had nothing but problems but hey they'll do anything for their tiny little bonus . Service department is really the only decent run department as far as I've seen. To say the least , save your time and money go anywhere but here to buy used .
Wow.....dishonestly at its finest. Our salesman, Les, explained their MSRP markup policy on a new Rogue and we agreed on a $4,000 trade-in plus a new graduate discount of $500. In financing we asked for a breakdown/printout of the pricing TWICE. When we finally got them to show us their breakdown the trade-in was $3,000 and no new college graduate discount was applied.
