Should have probably read the reviews but I even started the process of attempting to buy a used vehicle from Grapevine Nissan. I made a same day appointment to test drive a vehicle I found online. Showed up and had nice chat with salesman Justin. He was upfront that the price on the car didn't include tax title and dealership fees(most don't so I understood). He had gases the car up and had run in thru a wash, always appreciate that from a dealership. Have us the key and let us walk around the vehicle and let us take it for... read more

I would leave 0 stars! I purchased a '07 used vehicle from them and the sales rep said, and I have his email, "This car has some visible interior damage, but all our cars get fully inspected and this one passed with flying colors". I agreed to the visible conditions and to replace 2 tires. The next day I had the car in to get the new tires and the mechanic said he could not believe someone let my son, a first-time driver, drive this car off the lot. The lower control arm bushings were so deteriorated and all 4 upper arms nee... read more

Poor service and way too pushy. Wanted to drive a few vehicles and try to make a decision but was pushed at every turn and never felt like I had the opportunity to think for myself.

After reading all the reviews, looks like I dodged a bullet. Thanks Texas Nissan of Grapevine. You all saved me 19K tonight. Came in to look at the 2016 Hyundai Tucson and most likely drive home in after paying cash. Michael came out to talk to us as my wife and I were looking at it. Told him we were interested in a test drive, gave him my drivers license and he went back in to get the keys. Fast forward about 5 mins later, comes back and says we need to talk more inside before I can do the test drive. I said nope, ... read more

Do not trust the online price, expect additional mandatory dealer "add-ons" that significantly increase the final price of the car. This includes used vehicles that probably received little to no actual work to justify the high cost. When I asked what the add-ons were that I was being charged for, the salesman couldn't give a straight answer. I don't like their sales tactics at all, it's very dishonest to advertise a lower price knowing that you'll add $1,000s right after the customer looks at the car. They also lied about g... read more

Worst experience ever. Came in here for a certain car and keep In mind I was pre approved through my own bank. When it came down to numbers he made me fill out an application which was not needed to be filled since I told him I had been pre approved through my bank. Yet he said I had to and ran my credit 3 times for what to tell me prices I already had. Even at that he was charging me higher prices when my bank had already set me an offer. My initial visit was to inspect the car. Worst customer service as well, throughout t... read more

Classic bait and switch. They advertise one price, and then drop a different one when you get there. They added Several thousand dollars in my case, calling it a "reconditioning fee." When I called them out for the unethical practices, they said they were just "pricing aggressively," needed to "make money," and "it's not illegal because our listed price has disclaimers." Would be Laughable if it wasn't so disrespectful. These people are extremely dishonest and going there was nothing but a waste of time. I walked out as I ha... read more

BEWARE! I took my 2019 Altima in to be serviced at this location for the first time and was told it was a faulty battery and to replace it would be $185, so I approved the work. There were some other fluids that needed flushing, but I said "hey, I can do those things another day". While there to pick up my car the next business day, the cashier indicated my total was about $330 --- for a battery! When I questioned the Service Rep about the difference in price, he immediately tried to explain it away by saying my car must be... read more

Took my 2010 Qx56 in for an oil change at 4pm on Saturday. Advisor said they only have 0w20 oil. Qx calls for 5w30 oil. Advisor said he wouldn't use ow20 in it and they would have to bring 5w30 oil in as they don't use 5w30 there. I asked what about all the older Nissan vehicles? They all use 5W30. There's no way they don't have 5W30. Then to do oil change it was going to be $110 with 5w30. Also guy didn't know how to open hood on qx56, which is exactly like a Nissan Armada. I then went up the street to infiniti, they have ... read more
