After having my tune-up abut a wk ago (includes tire rotation), as well as many items regularly checked on...I began to have a shimmy I felt in my wheel. I called to have them look at it and check on this shimmy thru an appt (as they encouraged). I was FLOODED with not only emails, but text also, about my 9am appt. Our APPT WAS NOT HONORED. When my husband arrived early for the appt, they told him it would be a 3-5 hr wait, as "there's not mechanics just waiting for you!"...yup, very rude auto-sales rep. They wanted $190... read more

Texas Nissan in Grapevine does ok once you get in touch with someone in service. The issue is they dont answer the phone. This has happened on several occasions.

I just would like to start off I arrived at 7:30 am. I decided to get a coffee in the customers waiting room which was full of ants. Not only did I experience that but many other customers experienced it as well. I reported the ants to multiple staff and they blatantly ignored it. Okay so now to the car Issue. When I called in to make my appointment the person I spoke to was a little crass- upon arriving the advisor was nice and felt as I did before (my previous advisor I really liked is no longer there). In the past I have always shown a coupon or discount that was presented on the website- upon my advisor discharging me he very plainly said there's been a change of ownership and we don't honor it at the end of service anymore and there's nothing we can do. Long story short, we bought a car from this dealership in September, they promised to fix the bumper and paint work, and we even have the WE OWE paper, then nobody called so we called and texted and left voicemails, finally a manager said they have problem with the third party vendor, stated that's their fault so no worries, not going to leave us high and dry, just keep waiting... then nobody called so we called and left voicemails and texted, either no response or saying sombody would call us back but they never did, or say... read more

I was told they always honor carvanas offers. I double checked with the sales associate that it would be honored since I did not want to waste my time driving 45 minutes here. I arrived and he said they would appraise it, after waiting 25 minutes they gave me an offer 7,000 lower than carvana. Don't come here to sell your car you will just end up wasting your time.

If I could give negative stars I would. They are all about getting one over on you, not building loyalty based on great customer relations. They happily sold us a used truck that we now owe literally over double the value on. We carried zero negative equity into the deal and now owe $40k on a truck worth $15k. Don't get me wrong, I completely understand they need to make some money in order to keep the doors open but I can't help feeling taken advantage of. clearly a two star review from 300 means something...I worked on a deal with this dealership in good faith for well over 7 business days. when finalized and negotiated price agreed upon by all parties I advised i was ready to 'wheel and deal.' I called to let my sales guy know I was on my way - when traveling The manager of the dealership called and advised the price would not be honored and the cost would be $2,000.00 over the negotiation price. so I this made me wonder - was the well over a week back and forth a game? ... read more

Horrible Service Department. My husband took his truck in for regular maintenance before we left on a trip and they failed to put the coolant line clamp back on. And that's the SECOND time it has happened here! Let me explain, the truck will not move without it attached. It came off, leaking coolant, in the middle of nowhere mind you, on our roadtrip. We will never go back.
