Run away done walk. I honestly felt like Carl my salesman was very pushy and unreassuring like the typical salesman who is going to cheat you through the whole process. He needs to be retrained if his tactics are going to stick out like a sore thumb. When I asked for clear answers he gave me the round about answer. The first issue was the loan application he sent me one to fill out prior to coming in and you guys pulled my credit and knew exactly what you could give me when I arrived. Instead of being truthful and honest f... read more

The dealership is disputing the cause of malfunction. I want to stress, if this malfunction isn't related to the recall and Nissan and the dealership are being complacent someone could be seriously hurt. I am going to contact the NHTSA again. The car shot backwards while in drive. I didn't call Nissan consumer affairs because I thought I made an error. I called because someone could be run over. Oh, and the dealership has indicated they aren't going to do anything to help me. They are in possession of this vehicle. I am ... read more

On 6/22/2023, we purchased a 2021 Nissan Rogue. After driving it for a couple of months, specifically on the highway, we took a good look at the tires. They were various manufacturers & in various stages of wear resulting in an UNEVEN drive. We got 5 quotes & purchased new tires. During that process, it was brought to our attention that one of the wheels is BENT. Since we did NOT bend the wheel, the only conclusion to be reached is that it was sold to us as such. The cost for replacing the wheel is $490.44. On Thursday or F... read more

Update - When I was at the dealership on Saturday, I was told that an oil change would be $145. I just received a coupon via email. Now synthetic oil changes are $59.95. The regular price of $69.95 is marked out on the coupon. Why would I have been charged $145 for an oil change that should have been $69.95? The coupon specifies that it's for Nissans only and the oil is synthetic, as required. I guess the technician was going to pocket the extra money?

STOP AND READ THIS. Do NOT purchase a used vehicle from this dealership (I can't comment on the new vehicle side, but hard to believe it's any better). I purchased a used Jeep Cherokee from Texas NIssan. I could not take immediate delivery because the air conditioning wasn't working and the windshield was cracked and needed to be replaced. I did drive the vehicle and was satisfied with the performance and lack of road noise. When I picked the vehicle up, I commented to the used car manager that the noise above 50 MPH wasn... read more

I purchased a 2022 Chevy Suburban from Texas Nissan's Pre-Owned Department. The salesman's name was Steve and the pre-owned manager was Cole. While the vehicle itself was fine, the Z71 badge on the vehicle was damaged which Steve had pointed out. They both agreed it could be brought back for repair and provided documentation of this. However, this was roughly 3 months ago. Despite multiple times of trying to reach these two individuals as well as leaving multiple messages, I have received no phone calls or messages. When I f... read more

Just bad business and garbage salesman, agreed on selling me a car, put down $500 on the car and bought insurance for it with the agreement being I would pick up the car on today's date at 5pm. Get off work and come to find out they sold the car they were "holding" for me. Kendrick, the salesman was dumb as rocks with his excuses. Joke of an establishment there's a reason it has 2 stars shouldn't have given them a chance. Hope no else makes the same mistake.

DO NOT BUY HERE Absolutely horrible experience. My husband and I purchased a 2019 Santa Fe from them in November; exactly a week after purchasing, the check engine light comes on. We called the dealership and took it in to see what the issue was but, unfortunately, they were not able to diagnose it. We took it to a Hyundai dealership and they let us know that it would need a whole new transmission and the mechanic who helped us mentioned that the engine codes had been wiped before we purchased it, which he said was slightly ... read more
