I was buying a car here and the check engine light was on. They said they would fix it and the next day I came to get it. When i got the car I took it to my mechanic and he showed me the diagnostics that they didn't fix anything and just reset the light temporarily. I took it back to them and they made zero or reasonable explanations. Beware! they lure you in with the promise of something they will not honor. Purchased a whole set of Pirelli tires from this dealership just last year (although their prices are higher than other local tire places) because the tires came with "Free" tire rotations. I came in today to get my oil changed and my tires rotated and they refused to honor the tire rotation promise, because they no longer offer it on new tire purchases.

Beware! As a loyal customer of Texas Nissan of Grapevine for over a decade, we have seen a significant decline in the service department under its new leadership. We trusted that the high level of customer service we received under Mark Topham's leadership would continue, but we were completely wrong. DO NOT BUY ANY CAR HERE!!! They WILL NOT give you what you pay for or back up their sales. We waited 2 days to buy a pre-owned car for CASH!! We should have walked away after day 1!!! Went here to look at a Nissan kick. Clinton helped me and I ended up loving it but they didn't have the one I wanted so they said they could try and get one but it was in Missouri. I would need to put a deposit of $1500 which was really high but I did. Two weeks went by and they finally messaged me back saying it was in the works. My recent service experience at TEXAS NISSAN OF GRAPEVINE on Oct 21, 2024. Leo in the Service Department took care of my primary issue, which was my door latch/handle. I had to leave my SUV overnight even if the part was available. As promised, my SUV was ready Oct 22, 2024, in the afternoon. Nissan sent an Uber to pick me up around 4PM, which is a nice service, as long as it's within a10 mile vicinity. I saw Leo, paid, checked if the door latch/handle was working, and it was. So I bought tires back in March and the representative said when I get my oil changed next let them know I got the tires there and they would rotate them for free. Well I guess that was a ploy to get me to buy the tires there because that was a big lie ........No free rotations. I would have spent another 75 bucks and got them at discount tires for the rotations Alone.... I got the shaft ... good luck

I received an enticing online offer for my one-year-old car from Texas Nissan Grapevine through CarGurus on 9/27. Because this dealership is an hour from our home, I confirmed with the dealership beforehand via text message on 9/28 that they would honor the purchase offer after inspecting my vehicle. Very long process buying process. I walked in at 10:00 a.m. and was sent home without my new car at 6:00 p.m. Paper plates ran out before the permanent ones came in and when I called to question I was treated very poorly by the sales manager on 9/28. I hope the GM or owner pulls the phone records to listen to how poorly their manager handles customer service. all around terrible service DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP
