The managing partner (owner) Johnny Cantrell was very very rude and condescending to me on the open sales floor as well with his staff surrounding him. Before I start my story. Everytime I've tried to buy a used car from this place its always the same dance. Only positive I've ever had here is the service department and new car lot. Stay away from the used side unless you plan to over pay. Use Cargurus.com, kbb.com and Edmunds.com to see what the car is actually worth. Terrible service. Dishonest financial and sales team. Adamantly rude in every way. Don't take your business here. Stay away. This is not the first review to denote dishonesty in their dealings. Go somewhere else unless you want to have a 2 week fight over whether or not you owe more money.
this dealership does not properly certify thier used cars. they take in cars with accidents and do not discuses any problems. My wife purchased a certified used car and a week later a sensor went off when she contacted then they said it is not there problem since it was damaged even though they certified the vehicle. what a bunch of assholes dont ever buy a used car from them
Came in to Texas Nissan of Grapevine to buy a Maxima. Everything the car salesman did was excellent. When I went in to do financing the gentleman that did the financing for me, asked if I was interested in an extended warranty and i was interested in extending my warranty to 100k. He also asked if I was interested in a maintenance plan which I was on the fence about and the gentleman could see that. DO NOT GO HERE. They will lie to you, and take your money. These place is a ghost town. Only went here because it was closest to my house. Didn't check the reviews first. Ppl are con-artists. They desperately need business and will do and say anything to get you to pay. Charged me a diagnostic fee but never spoke about it before. Some dude typed some stuff on an iPad, didn't speak, then had me sign it. Showed me nothing, went over nothing, and then Surprise!! They mistreated my wife, lied to her, and didn't even do what they promised. I personally reached out to multiple people including the GM...they will not even respond back. I have begged to the cell phone of a manager to call me...nothing. 15 contacts to get help the GM know of the sales guys unethical practices toward my wife. This dealership is a scam. Literally shady people working here. They added on a warranty that I never asked for or would be told I was receiving. They never even gave me the paperwork on said warranty I bought (which again they just put it on there without telling me) the car was listed sticker for 14k they took out 25k through a loan in my name when they said they would take it out for $15,200 (by the time tax title and license was factored in) with that being said I also put 5k down in cash so they basically just pocket my... read more
Nissan Texas Grapevine , Bought a car in this Dealer about 4 months ago . The first embarrassing situation passed when Financial Manager Alvin Baker, who extremely Rude called me into his office without say a good afternoon.
