I'd give 0 stars if I could. Stay away from this place! I stopped by Texas Nissan in Grapevine, TX at 9:00 AM with the intent to purchase a 2021 Rogue Sport. I was not very particular in the vehicle options but did need the trim to be an SV which was well-equipped. I'd give half a star if I could. I am deeply disappointed by my experience with Texas Nissan in Grapevine. They are exactly why car dealerships have the reputation they do. First, there are bogus "non-negotiable" restoration fees tacked on to the advertised price of the car. I was upfront and honest from the get-go and got nothing but smoke and mirrors in return. Awful service. My car had a slow leak. When I brought my car in Ryan told me if it is a loose cap I would not be charged. If it as more a loose cap it would be a $120 diagnostic charge. Upon inspection it was a loose cap and was told since the cap was not a Nissan cap part, they had to charge me $120. I told him not to do anything and I would return it to the place that replaced my oil last time, he then stated no matter what I get charged the fee.
Texas Nissan of Grapevine services department a scam/fraud . Literally shady people working.. I had bought their oil change special buy 5 and get 2 free. after 2 oils changes, they have cancelled rest of the oil changes and come up with the excuse that I had to sign contract. When I asked them why after 2 changes I had to sign contract they had no answer. When I spoke to the supervisor, he was no different than his sales rep. If I had seen reviews I would not have gone there.
Unethical rip-off artists. On the Texas Nissan of Grapevine website, they state "Remember, the price you see online is the price you'll pay when you visit us in person - you can count on it!" That is a lie. $1,341.00 was added to the $9,000.00 advertised price of our used car for an "160-something-point" inspection (called "Dealer-Added Accessories: Reconditioning" on our invoice). PURE WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!!! I started the process at 230 pm with a simple phone call and the process started smoothly. I gave the salesman the information of what I want and I was willing to pay. Finally after haggling at 615pm we had an agreement on terms and told the salesman that we were on our way. We live 24 minutes from the dealership. The responses from this dealership are only boilerplate language with your name inserted to look like that care about your experience. I have called Theresa Falcon twice and left detailed messages and still have not received a call back. But I noticed that the negative reviews continue to come in on a weekly basis.
This is the worst dealership experience ever. They lie!!!! Be very careful about fine print. They add $2000 to every used vehicle on their website! Buyer beware! And the saga continues. I will NEVER do business with these smug unresponsive people again! This has been among the worst customer experiences of my life!
I went and got a used truck then 5 days later I had to bring it back I made a $500 down payment that was 3 weeks ago I still have not got me down payment back they say I was supposed to get it in 3-5 Business days they well keep you going in loops if u are looking for a new or used car do not go here there vehicles are over priced and they well screw you over!!!
