Buyer beware! Bought a car from these yahoos in September 2020. They use devious tactics to get the sale. Once the complaint is made, they respond with verbal regrets and promises to correct a wrong. There is no follow through after that point. PLEASE check out the Better Business Bureau website before doing business with this company! Don't waste your time. Drove 45 minutes after they confirmed they had a new car from their website on the lot. Got there at my scheduled appt time and waited in lobby 30 minutes. Sales rep walked past 3 times they would be with me and once in his office was told the car was totaled by a staff person so they don't have it anymore. Shady sales practices, recommend avoiding this dealer.
I was waited on by Stephanie the worst customer service person at the company she lied about everything trying to make to pay extra for work I didn't need charged me $562 for a leaking hose under my car the same hose $150 at Firestone later found out keep my car for 5 days for 1 hose I missed 2 working days because of her dishonesty after 5 days holding my car she claimed mysterious my radiator hose was leaking said it was $307 I refused anymore service and later got radiator hose at Firestone for $132
Awful bait and switch tactics. We drove an hour to see a particular car listed online. We called ahead, made an appointment. Vehicle was listed as $12,000 online, plus tax, title, and license. We were willing to pay that price. Then in negotiations, they tried to tac on an additional 2-3k for "general maintenance," which includes basic services such as buff & wax, oil change, etc. I told them this was a deceptive practice to have people come out, then to tack on additional expenses for frivolous services. Purchased a used car here over two weeks ago and have yet to hear from anyone about addressing the issues I have with the car. They're only looking to increase their profits, not their business.
Sketchy service department here. Advised me to replace every fluid in my 2019 Armada at 30K. The owners manual recommends inspection not replacement. $120 diagnostic fee for anything. They claimed they couldn't replicate the odor coming from the A/C when you first start the vehicle. They're either nose blind or not checking it. $58Kvehicle with the worst service I've ever witnessed by a dealer. Avoid them at all costs.
I wish there as something less than "1" star for a rating. It was a 100% terrible and frustrating experience. Everything I saw and endured convinces me that either this dealership is corrupt and unethical at worst, or completely incompetent at best. Do yourself a favor and go shop elsewhere - there are lots of dealers in the Metroplex and that is exactly what I did after my negative experience. I was working with Clifford and there was a truck I was interested in while we were there but the truck was still in the shop being worked on. He texted me saying that he would have it ready for a test drive when I could get off work. He gave me a price I was interested in then just hours before I get done with work he texts me that it was sold. Stay away from these guys. Their word means little because the sale means more.
