Joe Arriaga was wonderful to work with. He & the team took great care of my 2013 Nissan Quest. The radiator was repaired, CV boot replaced, new tires installed, alignment completed, and an over-all inspection to check out the whole vehicle. The repairs were completed in a timely manner, which was very helpful. It runs great and no more over-heating on my 90 minute commute. Okay first time here. Cane here to do a oil change and state inspection! Was welcomes by my advisor Joe. They got my car 30 minutes early prior to my 2pm appointment! The customers lounge area is pretty small but it's okay!

I had my Murano fully tuned up December 2 at my local dealership in Illinois. On January 8th the tire maintenance light came on. I took my Murano in the afternoon I called and the service manager at Texas Nissan, Grapevine found my dealership had not reset the warning system. It was worth the trip to set my mind at ease. Quick and efficient diagnosis.

I bought a truck way back when from a different dealer. They would not honor my service because they were bought out. This Nissan though did honor my service. Every time I went to service my vehicle here - they did a great job. I finally sold that vehicle, but when the time is right - because the service department did me right so many times - that I will purchase here.
