QB did a great job helping me finance my 2019 Altima SR. This was the car I saw online and fell in love with and this is the car I drove away with. Excellent customer service and care. This is the 3rf car I've purchased from Texas Nissan Grapevine and they have always been awesome to me. I also stop in every few weeks for my free car wash which is much appreciated and they always take good care of me!
I had the best experience here thanks to Isaiah. Everything went quick and smooth. I never felt pressured by anyone and when I had to wait a bit people kept checking in on me. I felt like I mattered in the big facility. The manager was also nice and welcoming. Got a great deal. Love my new car and the experience I had so much that next year we will be coming back when my husband is switching vehicles.

Nick Keto was my service advisor for my visit and he was awesome! He get 5 stars alone for the great service. He was prompt, friendly, and best of all he anticipated my needs. I recently relocated from Michigan where I bought my car. Nick treated me like I purchased the vehicle at their dealership which was another thing that I loved. Fast and nice customer service, they give me the best option and im satisfy with my choice.
WOW I'm currently impressed, yes a mistake was made on my billing statement but Paul from the Finance Department is personally making sure it gets resolved ASAP. This dealership may just become the 1st dealership I would actually recommend!
