They overbooked saturday morning and i was told it would be an hour for an oil change. No problem. An hour and a half goes by, no one came to tell me what was going on and i did not receive notice of the diagnostics. This is their standard service. I've read several of the reviews on this page; however, my car buying experience was a very smooth process thanks to salesman Brandon Cason. Purchased a 2019 Nissan Kicks for my daughter and he ensured the vehicle was ready for test drive and cleaned, before the final purchase.

I haven't had a bad experience here, the employees are always friendly, helpful, and honest. In the past I've always bought older/used cars outright, but two years ago decided to buy a brand new nissan so I was a newbie when it came to maintenance and upkeep (and a little worried about being taken advantage of). However, the staff at this location has made taking my car in easy and enjoyable. I can't think of anything negative when it comes to my experiences at this location!

The customer service was outstanding. I brought my car in & William (in service) answered all of my questions & assured me that my car would be taking care of. I did a referral yesterday & a car was purchased. Thank you for good customer service.

Loved the service here, Clinton in sales, Alvin in finance, and AJ in service were all great! Got my 2017 Frontier for an awesome deal and was taken care of pretty well! Nick from service was less than satisfactory in his customer service, but AJ took care of me after Nick stopped caring about his job. Would be a 5 star review except for the bad start with Nick in service. Will continue to shop here!!!

I'm a high risk candidate for Covid and asked them for some extra help with social distancing during 2 service visits. They were being careful with other customers, but went above and beyond to keep me safe and to specially disinfect both vehicles. The service we needed was done with their usual professional touch. They are always friendly and go out of their way. Nice folks!

I went to this dealership three separate times in May 2020 and saw Joe Arriaga each time. I liked that this location had a few different coupons available online for service specials, it seemed they had more available than other locations. I came in first for a synthetic oil change for my 2010 Nissan Altima and I used their lady's day discount which gives you half off on Thursday (highly recommend, this was a better deal than I've seen at the Bedford location. I got nothing but good things to say about Texas Nissan Kellie and QB treated me and my brother with the highest level of customer Service if anyone decides to purchase a car I highly recommend this place they are a great bunch of guys and gals if you don't believe me go and check them out yourself don't believe all the negative reviews you see check it out for yourself.
