Service department is horrible!!!! Please don't take your vehicle there if you want to get service. I was there 2 hours this morning, with an appointment, and my car never left the parking lot. I asked a service advisor when, and if, my car was going to be looked at and she told me it was "on the board". Now this was for a minor fix with the infotainment system. I did some service on my Nissan car and took to this dealership. The service guy recommended wheel alignment and I agree. 3 months their wheel alignment cost 6 tires because off faulty alignment. They just take your money and you don't know if they service your car or didn't nothing it. Don't service your car here at all, I saw fight's in this dealership between people and service rep over their bill
Smell, Rattle, and Roll! My car LOOKS beautiful. Well, it is lipstick on a pig! I bought this car brand new from Texas Nissan (Grapevine) and have had the worst new car buying experience. Since the very first month, it has had problems which the dealership repair shop refuses to fix. Every time I bring it in, they say they either can't hear, see, smell, or replicate the issue. UPDATE: They left a standard response. Ignore it. They don't care about you. Avoid this dealership at all costs. This dealership is a classic bait and switch on the sticker prices and is completely unethical. I WISH I READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS FIRST, THEY ARE ALL ACCURATE. I purchased an 11-year-old Nissan from a private seller for my teenager and had Texas Nissan Service do a complimentary multi-point inspection. They gave an estimate of thousands of dollars. Brought it to another local Nissan dealership for inspection and was told it would need new tires eventually. I've also brought it to an auto supply store and brakes shop for diagnostics and all was good so I would never have a young driver come here for service again nor would I recommend it.
Buyer beware! Get EVERYTHING in writing. The sales team is enabled to make verbal promises, but management will not back it up if you don't have it in writing. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership over the phone in late November 2024 and had it delivered. The vehicle was issued a temp tag that would expire in just one week. It's been a year now, with calls almost every month since then, asking on when I can expect to have my trunk latch ordered and installed by them, which we had made an agreement on paper called the famous "We Owe" with when I bought my car. The first few months there was "No, we haven't ordered it", or "No, we didn't know about it". believe the reviews this location sucks. very unprofessional with unclear communication and did not carry through on promises of terms. spoke with 3 different salesman including a manager who was very nonchalant and didn't seem to care at all. take your business elsewhere this place is not worth it.
