Dinner for my birthday. We had a great night and the food was really good. The chef knows what he is doing! Just a little sad because was my birthday. (They asked if was a special occasion and we said yes! It is my birthday!) Maybe we are to spoiled in the Houston area but I never left a place without a little pastries on the house with a candle 🥲

As a Frenchman, I had an irresistible craving for steak tartare with fries. As a French chef, I usually prepare it myself because I don't eat raw meat everywhere. After doing some research, I came across this restaurant near my home, which had received good reviews. I went with my wife, and we each ordered steak tartare, then a whole fried jerk snapper and a lollipop-shaped lamb chop. Jessica, Pablo & Phoenix are incredible! Sit at the bar! The food is always awesome. Try the ostrich. Shout out to Chelsea as well. Thank yall for such a great experience

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at The Chef’s Table Houston tonight, and I truly don’t have the words to fully express how phenomenal the entire experience was. I took my mother- and father-in-law, and from the moment we walked in, we were blown away. The service was impeccable, warm, attentive, and genuine. The General Manager Chelsey, came by and spend time with us explaining the history of the restaurant and the background of each dish and drink.
