With the prices, I was looking for a fine dining experience. This wasn’t it. The salad was good, mains we got lemon chicken.. which was in severe need of salt, the “lemon” was a blob of lemon ricotta on the side. Just overall meh. My husbands steak again lacked seasoning, it improved with salt and pepper, but it was like it wasn’t seasoned at all before cooking. The food was mediocre and the hostesses were not friendly. The only redeeming quality was that our server was pleasant and attentive.

The food was ok, the drinks were pretty good. We went for the Devour and were disappointed because all the deserts came with ice cream on the menu. Who eats apple cobbler without ice cream? Anyways, even though the menu said it came with ice cream, we were never told differently. When I asked the server about the two desserts that had mentioned having it, she just said “sorry, not tonight”. I really was expecting a better dining experience!

The garlic bread with the Brie tasted stale, the salad I got was almost a soup there was so much dressing, and the grilled chicken I added was barely lukewarm. Service was good, ambience is the only reason to go here.

The waitress was not friendly and rushing us. Also didn’t like the surcharge added to our bill that was explained as to cove the fluctuations in cost.

They were hosting a large group, Very loud, service slow, food lackluster yet expensive.

Really disappointing! I can’t think of one positive thing. Our server Arthur couldn’t have been more disinterested. Told him it was our 50th anniversary and got a blank stare. Food was cold and really poorly prepared

Our server Stone started out fine. However when he brought my husband a $57.00 glass of wine without checking with him on price we were shocked. His tuna entree had been much less than that. Also we asked for to go boxes our friend did not receive anything and Stone threw away half of his filet. All seven of us agreed we will not be returning any time soon. This was all unfortunate because we had enjoyed the food and ambience.

This is our second time coming to fountain room. On our first visit we asked our server from some recommendations and he said outside of the steaks they're seafood is the best he'd had since moving from California. So we ordered a seafood pasta; I'm talking all the fixing - scallops, shrimp, lobster - reminded me of Barcelona.
