Steak tartare was a grey color and the egg yolk was crusty as if it had been sitting out for a while. Had no flavour. Prime Rib no flavour and over cooked. Way over priced for the quality of food.

A really nice setting diminished by the mediocre, at best (poor), food. We've visited the Fountain Room for dinner and lunch over the last 3 weeks and both times the food was generally terrible (we won't be back). Again, great location and the interior setting is very pleasant but the food was borderline inedible. We would recommend avoiding the Fountain Room.

My wife and I went out for our anniv and thought we would try this out. The food was ok- my wife's steak was not pink and burnt. For the price point, we could have went other places and still spent less. The food was just ok nothing exciting or made me say I want to go back. We were under a speaker and noise level could be less when having a conversation. The ambience is nice with watching the people. I thought we would have a nice note about your anniv but nothing at all. I will take my money somewhere else.

I went here for dinner Sep 2022. The place is very cute and super nice, but the food was lacking. I ordered a cocktail for dinner, but it did not taste right. I waited was very accommodating and substituted it for a glass of wine. The food was so so. The best part about dinner was the appetizer and that was a cheese spread… :/ Decided to try the restaurant again for Mother’s Day brunch May 2023. Again, not the best experience. This is the third time to this restaurant. We will not be back. We tried brunch today thinking that maybe it would be different from dinner. Food and service were awful. We will not be back.

The architect did an awesome job maintaining the art deco styling of the original Coca-Cola bottling plant. The food was fine, but bland. We did not order a steak, but they appeared delicious on our neighbors table. We had a couple appetizers (lobster rangoon and brie), entrees (salmon and meatloaf), and a side (mushroom casserole), none of which had much flavor. I sent a group here for a business dinner. The feedback was that the food was just OK and nothing special. A diner with a dirty glass was met with a waiter with an attitude.

Drinks 10/ Food 3 Sadly brunch at The Fountain Room was marginal at best. Good service, great Bougie Bloody Mary’s & Mimosas and Bakery Basket. The decor is well curated. The Lobster Omelet is tiny & disappointing, the accompanying potatoes were cold The Prime Beef Hash had very little prime beef, potatoes also cold. Not worth the price.

We've been there 4 or 5 times and it's just really inconsistent. The service is always great, but the food can be flavorless and often undercooked. The lemon maple syrup is neither maple nor lemon flavored. Fries had great taste but were severely undercooked. Cinnamon roll - undercooked and had a weird plastic flavor. Waffles and chicken were soggy and not bad, just devoid of flavor. I really wish they would get the food in a good place, because everything else is great!
