Food it was not tasty , all the plates cold , poor presentation

Service was atrocious. We almost walked out. Lots of servers walking around, but no one seemed to be doing anything. The food was very good, but unless you’re planning on being ignored most of the evening at a higher end restaurant, go elsewhere.

The restaurant is beautiful! In my opinion the restaurant should have been completely closed if the special event had the ENTIRE first floor reserved. The upstairs just does not have the ambiance and we had the worst table in the upstairs. I could deal with all of that if the had not been so bad as well. Steak came out completely over cooked and had to be sent back. I have never had that happen anywhere! My wife ordered the French Dip and no au jus came out and we had to ask twice. Truly felt this place was overrated and overpriced. Tiny lobster tails, prime rib nothing but fat, sides too spicy. Whole restaurant was horribly loud. Won’t be back.

Our waiter was very nice but the food was subpar. Ross outta had seized up, fries were sent back because they were cold, then tasted like they threw the same fries in the grease a second time. Pricing was very high compared to taste of food. The ambience was good until there was some loud banging noises coming from the other side of the wall. 4/10 would not come back.

Food is very bland, not tasty, and oily Waitress messed up our order 3 times Waitress messed up on our bill as well Ambience is very pretty and cool

Ran out of food and glasses. All food came out cold very disappointing. When I walked up to desk and said I have a reservation the lady responded “yep” very rudely.

Slow service, nice decor but ambiance was pedestrian. Lighting was too bright, and music was dull and too low.

My husband and I were celebrating work milestones and had been looking forward to our dinner at the fountain room. I realized when we ordered a bottle of wine, I had forgotten my ID. We explained to the manager and my husband showed his ID showing that he is 45 and I let her know that I’m 33. She insisted she still couldn’t serve us. I was able to provide digital versions of my ID and a passport, but she still wouldn’t accept this.
