Went with high expectations. The inside is amazing and is visually pleasing. The servers/staff were great. BUT...all praise stops dead in its tracks after. Shrimp cocktail was gross. Shrimp was literally brown and tasted like the Ohio River. Wedge salad had watered down dressing. The soups had zero flavor. BOTH steak filets were not hot nor warm, and slightly cool. The service is great . The ambiance is stunning . The food has been inconsistent. Not as many gluten free options . The bar area is crowded and small..

The service was not great. Sat at our table for 5-10 minutes before anyone came over to even give us water. Drink orders took a long time, and was hard to track down our server. 3 of us ordered steaks medium-rare and all were very rare, almost blue in the middle. Serving steaks at the price point for a nice supper club, you want the steaks to at least be cooked correctly.

This was our first experience and our anniversary meal. We were seated right outside the busy kitchen door and if the place was busy I would understand but there were so many open tables and they choose to give us the worst one. We can say we have been but we can also say we won't be back.

The food was not worth the price. I had a Steak, and it was so salty it was almost inedible. The Prime Rib was pretty delicious. The Cocktails were priced way high. Overall, not worth the money spent there are plenty of other restaurants in the area I'd much rather eat at. Save yourself and eat somewhere else.

Food was good service was poor waited forever for drinks and food came out haphazard and disorganized for the price would have expected more!!

The atmosphere and decor is amazing - but our evening started being upstairs where it’s very enclosed. The chairs at the table are deep enough for 3 people to sit - making it very uncomfortable for small and even average people. Both men on both sides of us commented on the horrible chairs. Our server was fantastic - and that was it. Ordered the bread appetizer and one of the variety basket was doughy and undercooked. We booked 3 for Christmas Eve only to arrive and find out that there was a fire and power outage so we had to scramble to find something else. Everyone was nice and gave us free appetizer cards for next time. We will try again.
