The atmosphere is amazing. Service was very slow. Soup was cold. Ordered a steak to be prepared medium… it was rare. Risotto was dry, undercooked and mushy. Our friend ordered the meatloaf… after waiting 30 minutes… waitress informed us that they had “ just sold out of the meatloaf,” although the gentleman sitting next to us was served the meatloaf and was seated 15 minutes after us. Seated 20 mins after reservation. Slow and inattentive service continued throughout the evening. Food lacked serious flavor, some overcooked and disappointing. Food didn’t live up to reasonable expectations.
