I had a great experience with Front Door Company. I was given plenty of options and guidance when I needed it. I found the person that came to measure very knowledgeable. The installer was equally as competent. I upgraded builder grade hollow doors for solid core in some of the areas of my new home. I'm overall very happy with the product and the service. Excellent customer service, communication, and follow through. Very happy with my new door and frosted side windows for privacy. If I ever need a new door, which seems unlikely given the quality of this one, I'll definitely be calling them again.

We recently had two front doors installed and prior to the doors being stained and varnished (our choice to have stained after install) I removed the locking hardware. I have dissembled and re-installed many locks in my day. We selected Emtek hardware because of the quality and these proved a challenge to install. Lance, the Store Manager was nice enough to send a technician to re-install the locks. Like I said before, all this company does is provide execuses, execuses and more execuses. The 1000 dollars was not a discount it was payment for the damges caused from the first time the door did not function and water unexpectadly came into our home. If this company new what they were doing, this would not have happened the first time. Submitted real review. My wife and I were given advice to visit The Front Door Co. to select a new exterior door for our home. We arrived on a Saturday, late morning. The showroom was busy, 4 or 5 customers ahead of us, so we browsed the door selections on the floor. My wife and I both had previously discussed which style we wanted so we knew what to look for. We are VERY happy with the new front door that was installed by the FDC. They also installed a new door jam which resolved a problem we have had since the house was built. We have received numerous compliments regarding the door@
I really liked one of the doors from the show room and would be happy to give them my business. However, the two sales people (one curly haired woman and a man) really turned me off. There was no one in the store but they couldn't care less for my business. No acknowledgement when I walked in. When I did manage to get the guy to help me, he scorned at my questions and had a terrible attitude. I went to Pella next door and scheduled a consultation with them for tomorrow. We had a beautiful custom door installed with the exact components that we wanted from the door to the knobs...everything was perfect with the purchase process and we were happy. Pan forward 5-6 months and our knob was sticking & the plate under the entry way was separating. Somewhat bummed about it, we went to the store on Saturday to see what they could do.
