The Front Door Company is fantastic! They worked with me on replacement of my front door with a new frame. Their communications are great, they set communication expectations, visited my home to custom measure the door, and performed a flawless installation. The new mahogany door is gorgeous, and I no longer have problems with a sagging door that did not match my strike plate very well. I would use them again for any door work required for my home.

Went to the Front Door showroom twice, cash in hand, and never got any service at all. Once they were pretty busy, so we understood waiting a long time, so my wife and I hung out for about 30 min. We had one woman pass by us and say about 15 min in saying "We will be right with you" with nothing after that. It was frustrating but chalked it up to being busy. BEWARE!! I purchased a beautiful $1900 front door from them they originally told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks for it to come in ...No it took 12 weeks but just like the other review(which I should have read 1st!) We ordered doors back in June and were told 6 to 8 week's since it was a custom order. We originally wanted 36 inch doors but were told by the estimator that only 32 inch doors would work. Not once did anyone call or contact us regarding any issues. We found out by calling in late August that one of the doors came in a different stain and had to be reordered. We understand you wanted the 36” doors, but we explained during the order process for us to do the job we would have to go with 32” doors because 36” doors were too wide for the existing opening. At that time you agreed to move forward with the order. They are such a cheat...sells you door saying it will be delivered in 6 weeks but then keep dragging their feet for 12 weeks. On top of that they are not even sorry instead shouts on phone saying finishing a door takes time. Where was that when you take payment upfront? Dont know how they get such reviews, I am sure they hire those third party companies to give false reviews boosting social media.... Pls dont even bother to show off here publicly that I am a stranger. I am done with you guys.

We just had our new door installed today with The Front Door Company and we could not be happier. I love that they are a small business and locally owned. Everyone I spoke with their was phenomenal. They were all knowledgeable and had wonderful customer service. Lance Fogle managed the process for us. He answered all of my questions with patience and understanding. I never felt like I was being sold to. I would truly recommend them to anyone. If you need a new door this is your place!
