Had our front door replaced last fall. Just getting around to writing a review. These guys have phenomenal customer service. Lance, in the office, never once balked at our requests. And he did it energy and with a smile. On the product side - the door and door jam are great/as expected. The installation was excellent. They even followed up with some clean-up items a few weeks after the installation. I purchased three doors from this company. The front door turned out wonderful as well as the patio door. However, it was the last door where I had a really bad customer experience that will drive me to using another company. First of all, I get a call from the installer the morning of and he tells me that I need to go to Home Depot to buy a hardware kit and it was Francisco's fault for forgetting to tell me. I would not recommend this company to anyone. After around 4 hours of being in their showroom, we put in an order and paid 50% deposit for our door. The process itself was so slow and inefficient as there is not enough staff to attend to you, the available staff has to keep moving between customers and never really getting anything properly done and you have to go through catalog over catalog choosing doors and door parts. The photos on the catalogs are also so small and they do not even have multiple copies of catalogs ... read more

Our new front door is so gorgeous and the quality of workmanship is absolutely exceptional. We had contacted several companies to replace our front door and nobody returned our calls or followed through on coming out due to our project being a somewhat small one. We live in an older home, and things are wearing out. We just had our second new door installed by The Front Door Company. The first one was wood, and this second was fiberglass because it would be in full sun. We are pleased with them both. Mindy did a thorough job finding the best door/price on both jobs. It is not a super easy process, especially with COVID. We are happy with the fiberglass back door with half-window we got from The Front Door Company. David, our installer, was professional and a pleasure to work with! The door came in on time, the installation was performed on time and when a problem came up, they were willing to correct it to make sure they provided the product we ordered to our satisfaction.
We are really happy with our new fiberglass doors from The Front Door Co. Our salesperson, Mindy, was very helpful. Once we decided on our design, we paid a deposit and Lance came over to do the measurements. He, too, is very knowledgeable and was helpful in answering all of our questions. We had a very positive experience with this company. Our new fiberglass front door is gorgeous. We did it all online, never setting foot in the store. Can't get more millennial than that and I'm not even a millennial. The communication with the company was always easy either via phone or E-mail. The payment methods were also all made online as it should be in 2021. We're close to putting people on Mars, but many companies in the US still rely on bank paper checks, lol.
