I got towed from my own space on Saturday. The guy said that my car ticket was expired. They never gave me a new one on my lease renewing. I've been trying to contact them since December 17th. (18 calls) no answer. I called for different issues and one of them about parking. I had to pay $143 plus I missed my appointment because of that. Im trying to talking to them on Monday to solve this problem and I will ask for refund. now my car is on the street and my get towed by the city because is snowing. VERY DISAPPOINTED
very very irresponsible. They only cares about their money and charge you for everything. Also see goodbye to your deposit money.
They had a cockroach infestation in the building ( Woburn, Massachusetts) and didn't take care of the problem appropriately. I had to CALL THEM every single time for them to take care of it EVEN WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD COME EVERY TWO WEEKS UNTIL WE CONFIRMED IT STOPPED. I also DO NOT HAVE MY SECURITY DEPOSIT and it's been ALMOST THREE MONTHS. I've tried to call, left voice messages, sent emails, AND visited the leasing office TWICE NOW.
