If only I could give a rating of zero it's entirely applicable. They didn't come in and clean the unit I was scheduled to move into at all. They actually have a disclaimer saying in there busy months they won't be able to but will get around to it before the 10th of your move in. This is a million dollar company with residential buildings all over. Why can't you have cleaning company scheduled. They never contacted me so here I am scrubbing toilets, walls, kitchen cabinets with filth and gunk all over them, etc, refrigerator... read more

They refuse to evict tenants who are extremely disrespectful. They refuse to fix anything. You want to pay your rent online? You'll get charged a fee and they blame the bank. You want to pay by check? Cant mail it you have to go down to the office where there's no parking. Then they claim they didn't get a payment and then threaten eviction. You have to pay almost $100 to park at West Roxbury and you'll be towed if they dont look hard enough for your sticker. Cant have company because there's nowhere to park. I have had cockroaches since September when I moved in and it took them until now, nearly a year later to show up and spray the place. I've been I am ocd clean and vacuum my apartment and wet swifter the floors every other day. I never drop food on the floor, I only eat in the kitchen and yet I have cockroaches crawling around in my bedroom, living room and bathroom as well. I tried leasing an apartment with them around Boston, MA. They were great and helpful in the beginning and as time progressed (less than a month), he became increasingly unresponsive and unreliable. It seems that a few others have the same issue as well, I tried to post an application for places whose rent was a slightly lower but every time I was denied due to unavailability and was asked to consider a place outside my budget and needs. I was supposed to move into the MA Hamilton Oaks II location Mid June & on my move in day I find dozens of live cockroaches. The Property management office arranged for a exterminator to fumigate & his exact words were "This is badly infested". Ultimately I was provided with an non-livable apartment & it is now about a month later I still have not received my initial deposit of $2,205. Hamilton Company has such a wonderful maintenance staff that cares for Hamilton's vast properties throughout the state. Sadly, I know the bottom line is: making money. I would highly recommend anyone to do their homework on the vast properties they have because there are a lot of issues that involves with management stepping up and doing the right thing by the tenants and people that are part of the community. - From a previous Hamilton renter & son of a former Hamilton employee

Bad management! It's time to get the pool ready for the season (Westgate dr. Woburn) however, they are not even thinking of that!!! Will they give you a credit for the lack of amenities tenants pay for? - absolutely NO! Think twice before choosing them.

Living in Dexter Park Apartments in Brookline, as a professional adult, has been a noise-infested nightmare. This is essentially a Boston University off-campus dorm. Period. Management will tell you differently, and they will lie to prospective tenants, as I have personally heard them say "only professionals live here", to older prospective tenants. I stayed at an apt on 1126 Boylston St. for 3 years. Great maintenance response. The maintenance guy "Trent" in particular is a stellar professional. He has a fantastic work ethic, resourceful and efficient. He literally got the floors remodelled in our apt in a single day. I would recommend living in this building if you get the chance.
