I had a great experience so far, I had a great agent, Dimos, whom was very helpful every step of the way! i recently moved from kentucky and only had one week to choose an apartment, while other companies were not able to work with me, Dimos went above and beyond to make sure that everything was all set for my move and that I was comfortable during the process!
this company is awful. they pressured me to sign one whole month earlier than my original plan and when i asked for convenience to give me the keys two days earlier in weekend instead of middle of the week ( the unit is empty for months ago ) they told me i have to pay.

This company is awful. I moved to my complex in July and it was under different owners. Within a week the Hamilton Company took over. I let both companies know of the problems I had in my unit...plumbing being one of them. Neither company took care of my plumbing issues and the day I moved in I went to grab a sandwich and run to Target. Come to find out, a leak that was coming from my apartment tripped the fire alarm and the fire department had to come into my apartment. My review is for the maintenance team, specifically Dorsey. He is always very responsive to repair any request with a smile on his face and a positive attitude.
Hector, the maintenance superintendent, installed my a/c unit and did a wonderful job! He's always amazing and we feel very lucky to have him!
Probably the worst renting experience I ever had. Their property team are the worst, unprofessional, very rude, and inconsiderate. They don't answer phone calls, respond promptly to emails and send you eviction letters even though rent was paid on time. Don't give them any of your money, Do Not Rent here!!!!!
A little bit about the Hamilton Company from my experience so far...I recently moved into one of there apartments back in 01/2017. Prior to my move in trying to get in contact with The Hamilton Company was basically was a struggle in its own. It took using personal resources that are tied to the Hamilton Company's Upper Management aka (CEO) to get their employees to step it up and help us out! Beware, you have to renew your lease 6 months before the end of your lease, and if you don't, or don't know if you will be staying, they will start showing your apartment to prospective tenants right away. So, for the last 6 months of your lease, strangers will be on your house almost everyday in very inconvenient hours (after 7pm and weekends). Very annoying and inconsiderate. We do send out our renewals early for our urban portfolio as there is typically a high turn over rate in and around heavily student populated areas and it takes a considerable amount of planning to coordinate.
