My loan was bought out by the Money Source back in November 2021. And they have made my life a living holly Crap. I was on the forbearance plan because of Covid. And was told that they would just tack the payments to the end of my loan. And was told I didn't have to start my payments again until February of 2022. But I started making payment on Dec of 2021 and have made every payment on time sence. And also before the forbearance my payments were always on time. Never missed a payment. This is a very incompetent company. They lost my payment, charged me a late fee when the check had already cleared my bank with their deposit stamp on it. When they finally found it not one word of apology. <br /> I live in Mexico & their website will not allow me to access my account online. I have emailed them numerous time each month to get a statement, no response. To call their 800 number from Mexico I am charged for it & they take for ever. Be glad to get away from them

Was lied to about being in foreclosure, reported twice as not paying mortgage which was incorrect but had already hurt my credit score. Was yelled at by employees, lied to and most were unhelpful, unaware and unable to produce factual evidence of the company correcting their mistake to credit bureau.

TMS just purchased our mortgage and removed me (the wife) from our loan. When I called into pay the mortgage, I was informed that I had no rights to my mortgage and that I needed to request permission from my husband and fill out a 3rd party permission slip to be allowed to have any information for my own mortgage loan. This is exceptionally archaic and sexist. The level of customer service and website is terrible. I needed a simple question answered about bi-weekly payments and submitted it via the send a message option and received a response that had absolutely nothing to do with the question that I asked. When I sent a follow-up email to clarify I was told I needed to call in. I asked again for the question to via answered via email as I don't have time to call in and don't want to call in to get an answer to a question that is very very. Horrible Website - customer service is decent but their website is terrible and makes understanding your mortgage very difficult. It does not tell you if payments are pending and they are in need of some help from a good web developer and UI designer.

I paid our escrow online and they charge me a second mortgage payment. Trying to get my money back has been very difficult. This is frustrating and their communication has been poor. Some of the representative have been rude, and short. They charged me twice two weeks ago, and I am still trying to get my money back. They took over 4 days to deny the information they requested from my bank, and now want more personal bank information to give me back my money they clearly have. I submitted my paperwork pertaining to my loan back in December, I have been calling and told that my paperwork has been escalated. I called again & I’m told my paperwork is out of date I need to resubmit because the money source sat on my paperwork for four months with no action takes. I have called every month and was told each time “it was being worked on”

I am a 42 year old mother of three. I’ve never been evicted not even a threat. Yet, since purchasing my home in 2015, TMS has made it a nightmare. The most recent issues began in 2020. I became disabled and in April 2020 my mortgage became 1 month late. My son is also disabled having 3 reconstructive ear surgeries. I started to pay extra to catch up. Nope.
