My dogs just had a bath before stay and when I picked them up Heavy smelled like urine and his leash smelled as well.

I had some questions about my dogs day while in daycare. I made a social media post asking for guidance and by the next morning a manager named Megan was texting me asking if I had a moment to speak with her. She called me and spent 20mins answering my questions, providing suggestions, brainstorming solutions, and validating my feelings. Great customer service and put all my fears to rest.

We take our three standard poodles to get groomed here … we loveeee it !!!! Lindsey does such a great job and she does so Awesome every time! Everyone here is so nice and genuinely loves dogs so much ! Highly recommend!

Lindsey with grooming is incredible. She works magic on my two golden doodles & they always look great! She books my appointments in advance so I am never scrambling last minute to get them groomed. Highly recommend without reservations.
