We love the Pet Spot for many reasons, but wanted to give a special thank you and recommendation for Essence the groomer! Our golden is 6 months and has been seeing Essence for a few months now. We were worried that he would be afraid of going because of how young he is but she has made his experience so positive every time! Not to mention he comes home smelling WONDERFUL and with a perfect groom

My babies absolutely LOVE The Pet Spot and get very excited when I tell them that we're going there! They get the best care and I love the updates and photos I receive while I'm gone and missing them. My 6 lb Maltipoo is not the easiest to groom but Lindsay does a wonderful job with him and he always looks SO handsome after visiting her! We've been going to The Pet Spot for 8 years and can't imagine going anywhere else!

We've been using the Pet Spot for years, and they're great! Our dog is rambunctious, to put it mildly, but she's also very sweet and everyone there loves her. It's a great feeling when we bring her in and the staff recognizes her. I highly recommend them!

My Frenchie loved his stay at The Pet Spot this past weekend. The desk clerks and handlers are super nice and courteous. They made Walter feel at ease when I left. I’m sure Walter is looking forward to his stay next weekend! Thank you to the The Pet Spot! 🐶

This place is WONDERFUL!!! My friends and I were in town for a day at the aquarium and needed day boarding for all of our dogs. The facility was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and accommodating. A few of the dogs had never boarded before and they were great about making the dogs comfortable. If I lived in Cincy, this would be the place for us!!
