We have been taking our dogs here for 6 years! We have moved all over town; to Mason, west Chester, blue ash and now back to Mason. And I happily drive the 30 minutes to take our dogs to Pet Spot on the weekends! The staff is fantastic, Jeff the owner is really nice and responsive and our dogs are SO happy every time they come home! They trim their nails and give them a bath all included with your pass!! My puppy has been enjoying daycare. It's really a great way for him to get out that intense puppy energy. I like how they sort the dog by size and have daycare managers in the room with the dogs. The facility is clean and the staff are professional and helpful. I especially am a fan of the weekday 7a-7p hours as I can leave my puppy there most of the day and get the most out of his day at daycare. This pet care center is AWESOME! Day care/ play camp is fun and safe for my dogs. I also use the boarding. Care providers are very attentive and comply w even my weird requests :))

My puppy loves this place! She always has the best time when she is there. I have used their boarding service and daycare and I am happy with both. I wish it was a little more affordable so I could take her more often. I am confident they always take a good care of my baby!

My cockapoo puppy Daisy LOVES coming to daycare here. It helps so much for her to play with other dogs and use up her energy so she's more calm at night. Everyone here is great and super helpful. Daisy runs in every time. She can't wait to see her doggie friends!
This place is fantastic.... We live in Chicago and I reached out to them via email after reading reviews online - when we found out we were coming into town for a family funeral and needed to put our dogs in daycare for the day. Jeff was very quick to respond and let me know what they needed so our dogs (who regularly attend daycare in Chicago) could spend the day with them.... The only reason I recently boarded my dogs here was because our dog/house sitter backed out on is last minute. Normally we take our dogs to one of two farms out east of Eastgate of we have to board them (their costs are $20/dog and includes day care, walk, etc. at no extra cost). There are pros and cons to The Pet Spot. First, it's close to where we live, so getting there is easy. Second, they do make sure dogs have fun and you can watch via webcams. The staff cares a lot about the dogs and customer service is top notch. Our dog Benny always has a great time playing with the other dogs.
They always do a great job with our pets. We just boarded our dog for the weekend. When we saw how clean and shiny he was after their grooming service, we were as excited to see him as he was to see us. Their staff is friendly and take great care of our pup.
