The pet spot made this dog mom very satisfied. The first time I took my Golden set the bar for a great experience! They always make sure to update me how he is doing and keep his best interest in mind. He is a large dog with a very timid personality. He has not been around very many big dogs so the first day was a shock for him. To make sure he was happy they decided to move him in with the smaller pups. After a few times he can now run with the big dogs!

I've been very satisfied with all my interactions with the staff at The Pet Spot. They know my dog by name when we walk in, which considering the volume of dogs they see really surprised me at first and made me feel comfortable leaving him there. I've boarded him here for a week, and although my dog is pretty anxious and didn't do so well in the evenings, he seems a lot more confident since coming home. Our pup has visited The Pet Spot several times over the last few months. He has gone for doggy daycare and we have also boarded him for a long weekend. Our experience so far has been great! The building is exceptionally clean (or at least the client facing areas are). The staff has been friendly each visit. We love hearing that your furry friend enjoys their visits with us as much as we enjoy seeing you all. We rotate our playgroups outside as long as weather permits it, year-round. We do not find that dogs relieving themselves during daycare translates to disruption of good potty habits at home. Have used for years. They really know my dogs and take excellent care. Great day care, but do pay extra for that when boarding. Dogs come home happy and worn out in a good way like they've had lots of fun and not bored.

Dog Lovers - this is the safe location to let your best friend hang while you check out Cincinnati! Our dog was on webcam which I checked regularly and he got top treatment. We are happy and he is tired!
Phoebe loves her Pet Spot friends and we appreciate how well they care for her! She is so eager to play when she goes to daycare. She has been boarded here several times and we appreciate the care she gets. Easy location right off of 71/75 on my way to work. Clean, spacious, and welcoming facility. We have been taking our dogs here for 6 years! We have moved all over town; to Mason, west Chester, blue ash and now back to Mason. And I happily drive the 30 minutes to take our dogs to Pet Spot on the weekends! The staff is fantastic, Jeff the owner is really nice and responsive and our dogs are SO happy every time they come home! They trim their nails and give them a bath all included with your pass!! My puppy has been enjoying daycare. It's really a great way for him to get out that intense puppy energy. I like how they sort the dog by size and have daycare managers in the room with the dogs. The facility is clean and the staff are professional and helpful. I especially am a fan of the weekday 7a-7p hours as I can leave my puppy there most of the day and get the most out of his day at daycare. This pet care center is AWESOME! Day care/ play camp is fun and safe for my dogs. I also use the boarding. Care providers are very attentive and comply w even my weird requests :))
