For grooming we usually take our French Bulldog to Pet Smart in Oakley or Laundromutt in Fairfax. Both places were booked until the beginning of July. We needed to get this done due to our family vacation we planned for the following weekend. Plus we have busy work hours during the week wouldn't allow us to take him. We took our Border Collie mix to get groomed- and to be totally transparent- we waited way too long to get him groomed. They were able to get Ares an appointment the next day, and they were incredibly polite and professional. They also did a phenomenal job! It wasn't inexpensive, but like I said, they did a great job and Ares' fur was not in great shape. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone needing to get their dog groomed!

We have been taking our dog here for a few months now and he absolutely loves coming here for daycare. He is visibly excited every time we come in and really likes the staff. We as dog owners appreciate the care that he gets and that the staff know him by name and really seem to enjoy having him there. Over all we are really pleased with the Pet Spot so far!

The pet spot made this dog mom very satisfied. The first time I took my Golden set the bar for a great experience! They always make sure to update me how he is doing and keep his best interest in mind. He is a large dog with a very timid personality. He has not been around very many big dogs so the first day was a shock for him. To make sure he was happy they decided to move him in with the smaller pups. After a few times he can now run with the big dogs!

I've been very satisfied with all my interactions with the staff at The Pet Spot. They know my dog by name when we walk in, which considering the volume of dogs they see really surprised me at first and made me feel comfortable leaving him there. I've boarded him here for a week, and although my dog is pretty anxious and didn't do so well in the evenings, he seems a lot more confident since coming home. Our pup has visited The Pet Spot several times over the last few months. He has gone for doggy daycare and we have also boarded him for a long weekend. Our experience so far has been great! The building is exceptionally clean (or at least the client facing areas are). The staff has been friendly each visit. We love hearing that your furry friend enjoys their visits with us as much as we enjoy seeing you all. We rotate our playgroups outside as long as weather permits it, year-round. We do not find that dogs relieving themselves during daycare translates to disruption of good potty habits at home. Have used for years. They really know my dogs and take excellent care. Great day care, but do pay extra for that when boarding. Dogs come home happy and worn out in a good way like they've had lots of fun and not bored.

Dog Lovers - this is the safe location to let your best friend hang while you check out Cincinnati! Our dog was on webcam which I checked regularly and he got top treatment. We are happy and he is tired!
Phoebe loves her Pet Spot friends and we appreciate how well they care for her! She is so eager to play when she goes to daycare. She has been boarded here several times and we appreciate the care she gets. Easy location right off of 71/75 on my way to work. Clean, spacious, and welcoming facility.
