I have been taking my 8mo puppy, Arlo, to the Pet Spot for just over 2 months now. The staff are SO amazing and incredibly thoughtful! They meet us every morning at the car and are excited to see my pup, and when they drop him at the car in the evening they always let me know how he was that day. Arlo had a couple cuts on his ears that were still healing when I got him. The staff would call to let me know if anything happened to the bandages throughout the day, and take it upon themselves to clean him up and get him taken ca... read more

Alex-this makes us all so happy! We adore Arlo and his puppy antics. He was definitely crafty getting his ear wraps off. But was always such a good boy letting us clean it! He’s the first pup in the small dog area who was able to nose boop me over the fence 🤣🤣 Thank you so much for the recommendation! Staff was friendly and efficient. They met us at the car and took the pets in. They brought the pets out when we returned 😁

My dog Olive has been to the pet spot about 4 times in the last 2 weeks for daycare and I just love how well they treat her. After her first visit they knew her name and from the way she reacted to the woman who got her in the morning from my car, I could tell Olive enjoyed being there and was treated well. Olive is deaf and I can be over protective especially when she is out of my sight but every one I have come into contact with has been beyond friendly and has made me feel my Olive is in the right place and getting exce... read more
