Even though I only come here once a month or so, the staff always knows me and my dog! We've boarded him here once, and we take him to day care periodically. He loves it, and they take good care of him. When I first walked in to gather some information, the staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. I'll keep coming back!

This is the best place to board your pets in Cincinnati, hands down. The staff is so polite and professional, the facilities are very nice and quite clean, and the prices cannot be beat for the high level of service provided. The thing that really sets this place apart is quality, in every sense of the word. I have just recently started taking my puppy Pete to the Pet Spot. He and I are both thrilled! The staff is warm and accommodating and the facilities are awesome. Pete loves to go and I feel confident that he is well cared for.
My dog Monkie and I are really giddy about our first experience at The Pet Spot. I am a recent LA transplant and I don't have kids yet so you can imagine that, as far as I'm concerned, Monkie should live an even better life than I do. Our dog , 8, has been going to The Pet Spot since she was 6 months old. She always barks excitedly when we exit the freeway and she realizes where she is going. (She even knows what Pet Spot means) We are grateful to have the Pet Spot where our dog enjoys her stays and is well looked after. The Pet Spot has been wonderful to me and my fur child, Murphy! We have had nothing but positive experiences and we both love it there. The staff is super friendly and helpful - Murphy is greeted by name and a treat when we arrive and the staff knows who I am there to pick up when I arrive. Murphy attends day care about 4-5 times a week and comes home happy and exhausted, and I have the peace of mind that he's well taken care of while I'm at work.
