Excellent place for grooming After having a series of nightmare experiences with Petsmart's grooming department I checked this place out. It was close and some other people recommended it. I am happy I tried it out. My dog loves coming here and they treat her well. They are always done in two hours or less and are really nice. I can schedule my next appointment while there and they will call to remind you the day before. If you need a groomer check this place out

I have used Pet Spot for daycare, boarding, and training for the last two years I have had my dog. The staff is friendly, always willing to answer any of my questions, and to work with me and my dog. I am constantly impressed and satisfied with their willingness to meet all my needs and offer solutions that go above and beyond my expectations. I have been going to the Pet Spot for everything since we got our first pup in 2009. We do everything from renewing their Hamilton County dog licenses to doggie daycare to training here. So I have lived in a number of cities and boarded our son, I mean dog, at a lot of places and this one is by far the best I have seen. Here is why I love it so much: 1. Customer service: always friendly and helpful. Very willing to give a tour and you feel like they are willing to show you the entire place (even before clean up in the morning sometimes). 2. My husband and I are transplants and don't have family or close friends to leave our 9 month old puppy with when we go out of town. Fortunately, our dog absolutely loves The Pet Spot. We've taken him here a number of times both for doggy day care as well as boarding and I have been impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the way the entire business operates. I never write short, less informative reviews, but I am going to do so this time. I cannot say anything except: this is the best doggie daycare in 3 states. When we lived in Cincinnati, this is the only place our dogs went (after 3 utter disastrous experiences at other places in Cincinnati). And we miss the Pet Spot to this day. We have had four awful experiences in our new city of Nashville. I love you, Pet Spot. I miss you. My dogs miss you. Pet Spot! Pet Spot! Pet Spot! Very highly recommend!

I'm a bit picky when it comes to animal services, but this place is awesome (I used to be a vet tech and offered at-home pet-sitting before moving to Cincy). Drop-off for daycare is quick (no check-in, you just get your card punched) and you can peak in on them via the online webcam during the day. My 7 yr old lab, who has yet to slow down, always comes home tired. I usually take her one day mid-week to break up the week. The Pet Spot came recommended to me by my boss, and it's been AMAZING. For the past 3 years, starting when our little Jack Russell / Border Collie mix (Riley) was only 6 months old, we have left him at the Pet Spot whenever we are out of town. He loves it, we love it, and they love it. They know him by name now, and I feel very safe/comfortable with their care. I take my dog LooLoo there and couldn't be happier! I researched EVERY doggy day care in Cincinnati and this is not only one of the best, it also is one of THE best priced ($19/visit or discounted in pre-paid packages which come in a variety of sizes) I'm able to watch my pup all day on their webcams and have fun watching her interact with the other dogs and the workers that are in the room with them.
